The present invention has an extruded member having one end surface open, a cylinder having a male threaded spout protruding from the other end surface and a cap screwed thereto, and slidable from the open end. A mixing plate is inserted into the extrusion member, and the extrusion member is provided with a sliding rod that can be operated back and forth from the outside, the tip of the sliding rod faces into the cylinder, and a mixing plate is provided with a large number of mixing holes therethrough. The above-mentioned problem has been solved with a liquid injection tool that is capable of stirring and mixing and is attached with its circumferential surface in sliding contact with the inner surface of the cylinder.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, 1 is a cylinder with one end open.
A normally tapered spout 2 is protruded from the other end,
Screws are carved on the outer peripheral surface of spout 2. Reference numeral 3 denotes a cap that is screwed onto the spout 2, and a closing rod 4 that fits into the spout 2 and closes the portion thereof is protruded from the inner bottom surface of the cap. This closing rod 4 is connected to the spout 2 as described later.
This is to prevent unmixed chemical solution from remaining inside. Reference numeral 5 denotes a push-out member inserted from the open end of the cylinder 1, which has a sliding hole 6 formed in the center of its front end surface and a slit 7 extending in the axial direction on its circumferential surface. 8 is Patsuking. 9
is a mixing plate that comes into sliding contact with the inner surface of the cylinder 1, and has a large number of mixing holes 10 therethrough. A sliding rod 11 extends from the mixing plate 9 and is inserted into the sliding hole 6, and a mixing knob 12 whose head is exposed through the slit 7 is attached to its rear end. The mixing knob 12 may be protruded from the rear end surface of the extrusion member 5. Incidentally, each of the above-mentioned constituent parts is usually manufactured by plastic molding.

When using the liquid injection device with the above configuration, hold the cap 3 upright with the cap 3 side facing down, pull out the extrusion member 5 (the mixing plate 9 is also removed), and pour the liquid to be mixed into the cylinder 1. (Figure 3A). After pouring, insert the extrusion member 5 a little (the position of the mixing plate 9 is arbitrary), then stand it upright with the cap 3 side up, remove the cap 3, and gently push the extrusion member 5 in. Push out the air accumulated in the cylinder (Figure 3B). Then, fit cap 3 again,
Move the mixing knob 12 back and forth several times with your fingertips (Figure 3C). Then, the liquid agent on the front side of the mixing plate 9 is pressurized, passes through the mixing hole 10 and moves to the rear side of the mixing plate 9 in a spouting manner, and at this time, the liquid agent is stirred. Note that depending on the type of liquid, the shape of the mixing hole 10 (for example, tapered, triangular,
It is thought that the stirring efficiency can be increased by changing the shape of the hole (such as making it square, circular, rectangular, oval, etc.) or by changing the direction and size of the holes. A similar action is performed when the mixing plate 9 is retracted, and the liquid agent in the cylinder 1 is uniformly stirred and mixed while the mixing plate 9 reciprocates several times. In that case, if the inside of the spout 2 is not closed with the closing rod 4, unmixed liquid will enter there and will remain unmixed because it will be hardly affected by the movement of the mixing plate 9. This will cause inconvenience. The liquid agent thus sufficiently mixed is pushed out from the spout 2 by removing the cap 3 and pressing the pushing member 5.
At this time, an attachment such as a nozzle shape is screwed onto the spout 2 as necessary.

Note that if a hole is made in the wall of the cylinder 1 and a separate liquid injection device is detachably attached thereto, and the liquid is injected into the cylinder from the liquid injection device, the extrusion member 5 can be removed one by one. There is no need to refill or fill it. In that case, remove the injection device and close the container after injecting the liquid.

Since the present invention is as described above, it is possible to reliably mix a plurality of liquids by an extremely simple operation of moving the mixing plate back and forth within the cylinder, and the operation can be performed regardless of the amount injected into the cylinder. . It also has the advantage that bubbles are less likely to get mixed in because it is stirred in a sealed cylinder, and it can be used immediately by simply pressing the extrusion member, which is a great tool that contributes to improving the efficiency of this type of work. It is useful.
