Although it is possible to improve wrinkle resistance and yellowing, it does not have water absorption, antifouling, or antistatic properties, and does not have a flexible texture or touch, so it is rarely used in innerwear products. is the current situation.
Therefore, there has been a strong desire in the industry to provide a polyester that has both of these properties.

It is also possible to apply the block copolymer by the paddo dry method after dyeing.Additionally, when the block copolymer is applied, durable water absorption and stain resistance can be imparted. With such a round cross-sectional shape 2, it is not possible to provide the durable water absorption and antifouling performance that is the objective of the present invention.

The hydrophilic block copolymer is applied to the lingerie a, foundation b, leotard c, etc. shown in FIG. 3, and the adhesion state is as shown in FIG. A hydrophilic block copolymer 3 is attached. In other words, in terms of the copolymer weight ratio, the amount of adhesion is about 1.5 times or more, and even more than twice that of the case of the round cross section shown in Figure 2, and this is the reason why it is difficult to fall off when washed. , improve the durability of water absorption and stain resistance.

好ましくない。 In addition, in the present invention, when the hydrophilic block copolymer is attached to an inner product made of polyester filament of irregular cross section, it becomes soft in texture and touch as if it had been subjected to alkali weight loss treatment, which is also a major feature of the present invention. This is one of its characteristics.
Needless to say, even if the hydrophilic block copolymer is attached to an inner product made of ordinary polyester filament yarn with a round cross section, it will not be possible to apply the alkali weight loss treatment to the inner product, such as the inner product of the present invention. It is not possible to add a soft texture or touch. In other words, this effect can be achieved by retaining a large amount of the copolymer in the concave portion of the irregular cross section, but what is important is that even in the fiber containing the copolymer, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, The original irregular cross-sectional shape is maintained. In other words, it is not preferable in terms of touch to change the cross-sectional shape by containing a large amount of the copolymer beyond the straight line circumscribing the irregularly shaped cross section in the portion where it is applied unevenly.

FIG. 1 shows an irregular cross-sectional shape of a polyester fiber, and FIG. 2 shows a normal round cross-sectional shape. Figure 3 shows inner products such as lingerie, foundations, leotards, etc. Figure 4 shows the state in which the hydrophilic block copolymer is attached to the irregular cross-section yarn, and Figure 5 shows the state in which the antistatic property is applied.
