Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固体イメージセンサと、撮像光を上記固体イメージセン
    サの受光窓部に導く筒体の一端側開口部周縁にフランジ
    部を形成するとともに他端側聞口部が光透過性の密閉板
    に・て閉じられたセンサ支持部材とを備え、上記一端側
    開口部を閉じて上記筒体内を密閉す之とともに上記受光
    窓部を上記密閉板と対向させた状態に上記固体イメージ
    センサを上記フランジ部に固着し、上記固体イメージセ
    ンサを上記センサ支持部材を介して装置本体に取付ける
    ようにしたことを特徴とする固体撮像装置。
