A crimp wire mesh woven from filaments 1 and 2 with wires 4 embedded in both ends or the center of a wide belt-like covering 3 is already known. The wire mesh surface is not flat, and since these filaments are sinusoidally crimped, the surface of the wire mesh is not substantially flat.

のである。 In view of the above, the present invention uses a flat filament with flat surfaces on both sides or one side, which is made by embedding a reinforcing member such as a wire in a band-shaped covering made of synthetic resin. A crimp with a rectangular wave shape whose length is approximately the same as the width of the filament and whose trough depth is approximately equal to the thickness of the filament is applied. The crimp wire mesh is characterized in that the surface of the crimp wire mesh is formed into a planar shape by fitting and weaving the crimp wire mesh so that it becomes one surface of the wire mesh.

Reference numeral 11 denotes filaments 10 and 11 forming the crimp wire mesh, and these filaments 10 and 11 are formed by embedding reinforcing members 13 and 13 made of wire at both ends of a flat band-shaped covering 12 made of synthetic resin. Both sides 10a, 10
b, 11a, 11b are formed to form a plane, and each filament 10, 11 has a filament 1 whose length and depth intersect with the flat valley part 14.
By applying a rectangular wave-like crimp approximately equal to the width and thickness of the grooves 1 and 10, and tightly fitting the intersecting filaments 10 and 11 into the valley portion 14,
A crimp wire mesh is woven in which the wire mesh surfaces are substantially planar on both the front and back sides. The flatness of the wire mesh surface increases as the rising angle of the boundary 15 between the adjacent valleys 14 approaches the right angle to the wire mesh surface.

安全である。 According to the present invention having the above configuration, the filaments constituting the crimp wire mesh are formed by flat filaments whose both sides or one side are flat, and the length of the trough in both filaments is the width of the filament. A crimp with a rectangular wave shape having approximately the same length and the depth of the troughs as the thickness of the wire mesh is applied, and the wires that intersect within the troughs are crimped so that the planar surface thereof is one side of the wire mesh. By fitting and weaving the crimp wire mesh so that at least one of the wire mesh surfaces is planar, which could not be obtained conventionally, it is possible to easily weave the crimp wire mesh. A crimp is applied with a rectangular wave shape whose length is approximately the same as the width of the filament and the depth of the trough is approximately equal to the thickness of the filament. Since it is woven by fitting the wire mesh so that it forms one side of the wire mesh, the warp and weft lines are closely woven together and there is no lateral wobbling or rattling, and compared to conventional crimp mesh. Since the spacing between the warp and warp wires is small, the warp and warp wires can be integrated to form a very strong crimp wire mesh, and such crimp wire mesh can be installed around fences around houses and along roads. When used in protective fences, it is extremely safe for people and objects.
