Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ベツド上に取付けた下型と、スライ
ド下面に取付けた上型とからなるプレスに関する
もので、その目的とするところは、空気圧あるい
は油圧を必要としないものでありながら、絞り開
始後のダイクツシヨン力を一定にし得、しかも構
造が簡単且つ安価に提供し得ると共に、特に深絞
りに好適なダイクツシヨン装置を提供するところ
にある。

押え板9を設けている。この押え板9は複数本の
クツシヨンピン10を介して前記ブランク押え6
と一体化してあり、またクツシヨンピン10の昇
降を許す貫通孔11を前記ボルスタプレート2に
形成している。前記ベツド1の下面にはケース状
の固定部材12を固定具13により取付け、そし
てこの固定部材12内に昇降部材14を昇降可能
に設けている。この昇降部材14と前記押え板9
との間に、ウレタン、ゴムなどからなる第1弾性
体15を設けている。また昇降部材14と固定部
材12との間には、該昇降部材14を上昇付勢す
る第2弾性体(ばねなど)16を設けており、こ
の昇降部材14の上昇限規制はベツド1の下面1
bにより行なう。なおここで、第2弾性体16の
弾性力を第1弾性体15の弾性力よりも大に設定
してある。前記昇降部材14の上面から複数本の
ロツド17を立設してあり、またこれらロツド1
7の昇降を許す貫通孔18を前記ベツド1に形成
している。ブランク材7を挟持した時点で、ロツ
ド17の上面17aとスライド4の下面4aとの
間に一定の隙間Aを形成し、この隙間Aは、この
時点でブランク材7の下面と下型3の上面との間
に生じた隙間aと等しくなるように設定してあ
る。また第1弾性体15は、少なくとも前記隙間
A,aと等しい量の弾性吸収を行なうように構成
してある。
