【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は磁気ヘツドに係り、とくに消去ヘツド
等のダブルギヤツプ型の磁気ヘツドに関する。

2枚乃至3枚重なつた状態となつていても判別が
困難であり、製品不良の原因となる。また、ギヤ
ツプ材5をコア間に挾み接着する工程が必要であ
るから、作業性の点でも不利である。

3Aには第4図に示すようにI型コア1を嵌入さ
せるための貫通穴11の内面に沿つて延長するよ
うにギヤツプスペーサ部10A,10Bが形成さ
れている。このようなボビン3Aは巻線2を施し
た後、I型コア1に装着され、I型コア1の両側
にフエライトから成るC型コア4A,4Bが突合
わされ接合される。この際、ギヤツプスペーサ部
10A,10BはI型コア1の先端まで延長して
いるから、I型コア1とC型コア4A,4Bとの
間には必然的にギヤツプスペーサ部10A,10
Bの厚みで規定されるギヤツプGが形成される。
各コアの接合は接着剤等で行われ、接合後、ギヤ
ツプ面に研摩加工が施される。
