Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動２輪車におけるハーネス類の導入
口装置に関する。
従来この種装置として、ヘツドパイプから後方
にのびる車体フレームに、ハーネス類を導く導入
口と、外面に重合されてこれに溶接される補強板
とを備える式のものは知られるが、この場合該導
入口は該フレームの左右の側面と該補強板は該フ
レームの下面とに配設される式を一般としたもの
で、かゝるものでは該導入口はそのまゝ該側面に
露出して体裁を損い勝ちである不都合を伴う。
本考案はかゝる不都合のない装置を得ることを
その目的としたもので、ヘツドパイプ１から後方
にのびる車体フレーム２に、ハーネス類３を導く
導入口４と、外面に重合されてこれに溶接される
補強板５とを備える式のものにおいて、該導入口
４を該フレーム２の下面に設けると共に該補強板
５をその下面に重合させ、これをその中心部に予
め形成される透孔６の周縁部６ａにおいて該導入
口４の口縁部４ａに沿つて内方に屈曲させて該口
縁部４ａを被包するカバに形成させて成る。
該車体フレーム２は板金のプレス加工から成る
両半部２ａ，２ａで構成されるもので、その尾端
部の上面に乗員用のシート７を備えると共にその
下端にリヤフオーク８を介して後車輪９とその前
方にフロントフオーク１０を介して前車輪１１
と、その中間部にエンジン１２とを備えて全体と
して自動２輪車に構成されるようにした。導入口
４は下方に比較的短い筒状に突出する形状とし、
該口縁部４ａは比較的鋭いエツジとなるもので、
周縁部６ａはこれを被包して丸味が付されるよう
にした。図面で１３は該ハーネス類３の導出部に
施すハーネスクリツプを示す。
このように本考案によるときは導入口４を車体
フレーム２の下面に設けると共に該下面に重合さ
れる補強板５を利用してその口縁部４ａを被包さ
せるもので、該導入口４が左右の側面に露出する
従来のものに比し体裁を良好にすることが出来る
と共に該口縁部４ａは丸味を付されて該ハーネス
類３をそれによる損傷から保護することが出来る
等の効果を有する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヘツドパイプ１から後方にのびる車体フレーム
    ２に、ハーネス類３を導く導入口４と、外面に重
    合されてこれに溶接される補強板５とを備える式
    のものにおいて、該導入口４を該フレーム２の下
    面に設けると共に該補強板５をその下面に重合さ
    せ、これをその中心部に予め形成される透孔６の
    周縁部６ａにおいて該導入口４の口縁部４ａに沿
    つて内方に屈曲させて該口縁部４ａを被包するカ
    バに形成させて成る自動２輪車におけるハーネス
    類の導入口装置。
