付け、前記底板と該形鋼を貫通する孔を形成して
該孔に基礎ボルトを通し、底板と基礎ボルトとの
間及び基礎ボルトと形鋼との間の隙間をシール溶
接し、この底板をサンプピツトの側壁を構成する
ライニング板の下端に溶接してサンプピツトを製
作し、次にこのサンプピツトを設置場所に移動さ
せ、該サンプピツトの底板下部及びライニング板
外部にコンクリートを打設してサンプピツトを据
付けることにある。

記底板2の下面には断面コ字状の底板補強用形鋼
9が基礎ボルト7により底板2に一体に取付けら
れている。底板2と基礎ボルト7との間及び基礎
ボルト7と形鋼9との間の隙間はシール溶接され
た構造となつている。

を通し、底板2と基礎ボルト7との間及び基礎ボ
ルト7と形鋼9との間の隙間シール溶接してお
く。次に、底板2を筒状のライニング板1の下端
に溶接する。このようにして製作されたサンプピ
ツトは設置場所まで移動され、該サンプピツトの
底板下部およびライニング板外部にコンクリート
を打設してサンプピツトの据付けを完了する。サ
ンプピツト内には更にタンクなどが設けられる
が、そのタンクなどは前記基礎ボルト7によつて
取付けられる。本発明では形鋼9を含めて基礎ボ
ルトと考えられるので、基礎ボルト7はコンクリ
ートに対し強固に取付けられ、従来の基礎ボルト
よりはるかに優れた強度を有する。

た、基礎ボルトはサンプピツト底板と形鋼を貫通
し、さらに両者に溶接されるため、基礎ボルトは
コンクリートに対し強固に取付けられ、その強度
が著しく向上する。

下端に溶接してサンプピツトを製作し、次のこの
サンプピツトを設置場所に移動させ、該サンプピ
ツトの底板下部及びライニング板外部にコンクリ
ートを打設してサンプピツトを据付けることを特
徴とするサンプピツトの据付方法。
