FIGS. 1A and 1B show a first embodiment of a conventional antenna direction adjustment device. In these drawings, a receiving metal fitting 2 and a supporting metal fitting 3 are fixed to a direction adjustment rod 1 in which pin holes 1a, 1b, and 1c are formed. These brackets 2 and 3
An adjusting screw 4 is attached to the adjusting screw 4, and nuts 5a and 5b are screwed onto the adjusting screw 4. A pin 6 was inserted into a pin hole 1b formed in the direction adjustment rod 1, and a fixing member 7 was fixed to the receiver 2. In the first conventional embodiment, after rough adjustment is made with the direction adjustment rod 1, the pin 6 is inserted into the pin hole 1b drilled on both sides of the direction adjustment rod 1, and the receiving bracket is inserted. The direction adjustment rod 1 is fixed to the fixing member 7 via the second support fitting 3 and the adjustment screw 4. Furthermore, by tightening one of the nuts 5a, 5b and loosening the other, the adjusting screw 4 can be inserted or removed.
The movement is transmitted to the direction adjustment rod 1 via the pin 6 and the support fitting 3 for fine adjustment. As described above, according to the first conventional embodiment, the structure is complicated and the manufacturing cost is high. Further, since the adjustment can only be made in steps, the efficiency of the adjustment is also poor. FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of a conventional antenna direction adjustment device. In FIG. 2, an adjustment screw 4 is fixed to the direction adjustment rod 1. A receiving metal fitting 2 is attached to this adjusting screw 4 with nuts 5a and 5b, and a fixing member 7 is fixed to this receiving metal fitting 2. In the second conventional embodiment, a part of the direction adjustment rod 1 is threaded, and coarse adjustment, fine adjustment, and fixation are performed using the adjustment screw 4. For this reason, in such a structure, the threaded portion cannot be made longer due to strength issues, and therefore the adjustment range cannot be increased. FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of a conventional antenna direction adjustment device. In FIG. 3, a receiving fitting 2 is attached to an adjusting screw rod 8 whose entire length is threaded using nuts 5a and 5b, and a fixing member 7 is fixed to this receiving fitting 2. According to the third conventional embodiment, the thread diameter of the adjusting screw rod 8 needs to be increased because not only tensile force but also compressive force acts on it, which makes it extremely heavy and also increases the manufacturing cost. I got high. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide an antenna orientation adjustment using an orientation rod that slides freely within the sleeve in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. The present invention includes a member for adjusting the direction of an antenna, a sleeve on which the member slides and has a screw hole, a receiving member disposed in contact with the sleeve, and a receiving member. An object of the present invention is to provide an antenna direction adjusting device characterized by comprising a bolt for fixing the sleeve to the antenna. Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 4A and 4B are schematic configuration diagrams of the direction adjustment device 10. FIG . A direction adjustment rod 11 is slidably attached to a sleeve 12 in which bolt holes (not shown) are bored in these drawings. The sleeve 12 is placed in contact with a receiving fitting 13 in which a bolt hole (not shown) opposite to the bolt hole is formed. The presser bolt 14 is
The direction adjustment rod 11 is fixed to the receiving fitting 13 and the sleeve 12 through the bolt hole of the receiving fitting 13 and the bolt hole of the sleeve 12. Further, the presser bolt 15 is connected to the direction adjustment rod 11 through the bolt hole of the sleeve 12.
is fixed to the sleeve 12. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing the relationship between the direction adjustment device 10 and the antenna according to the present invention. In FIG. 5, a direction adjustment device 10 fixed to a steel tower 21
The direction adjustment rod 11 is connected to the antenna 22 like a hinge, and when the direction adjustment rod 11 is slid within the sleeve 12, the antenna 22 rotates in the direction of arrow 23. When adjusting the direction of the antenna 22 in the antenna direction adjustment device according to the present invention having the above configuration,
First, loosen the presser bolts 14 and 15 and adjust the direction adjustment rod 1.
1 allows the sleeve 12 to slide freely. In this state, the direction of the antenna 22 can be adjusted by moving the direction adjustment rod 11 back and forth. After the direction of the antenna 22 is set in this way, the presser bolt 14
When tightened to the direction adjustment rod 11, the direction adjustment rod 1
1 is fixed to a fixed member via a sleeve 12 and a receiving metal fitting 13. In order to more firmly fix the direction adjustment rod 11, the presser bolt 15 is inserted into the sleeve 12.
Tighten it to the direction adjustment rod 11 via. When the direction adjustment rod 11 is fixed to the fixing member 16 by tightening the presser bolts 14 and 15 in this way, the antenna 22 receives an external force and is attached to the direction adjustment rod 11 which is tightened by the presser bolts 14 and 15. Generates axial force. When the axial force of the direction adjustment rod 11 becomes large due to the tightening force of the presser bolts 14 and 15, the number of presser bolts 15 is increased, and when it is small, the axial force is removed. As explained above, this invention uses a direction adjustment rod that slides inside the sleeve, so the direction of the antenna can be adjusted continuously and over a wide range, reducing manufacturing costs and improving work efficiency. It has the effect of being able to achieve the following.
