て出力するパラレルインシリアルアウトシフトレジスタ
を備え、前記記録部はセラミック基板に設けられた発熱
要素を有する記録ヘッドと、前記記録制御部から直列に
入力される前記記録情報および位置情報を並列に変換す
るシリアルインパラレルアウトレジスタと、このシリア
ルインパラレルアウトシフトレジスタの出力によって制
御されて前記発熱要素を駆動する駆動回路とを備え、前
記シリアルインパラレルアウトシフトレジスダと駆動回
路を前記セラミック木板上に一体的に設けたことを特徴
