Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the amount of conveyance and to prevent both side end parts of a rounded conveyor belt from being worn, by arranging shape holding rollers such that both side ends thereof are made abut against each other or close to each other without both side end parts of the rounded conveyor belt being overlapped with each other. CONSTITUTION:An endless conveyor belt 1 is wound, in its front and rear sections where the belt is developed in a flat belt-like form, around a drive drum 2 and a driven drum 3. Further, several shape holding frames 5 are arranged along the advancing direction of the conveyor belt at predetermined intervals and supported to a frame 4 which surrounds the upper out-going trip belt 1a and lower return trip belt 1b of the belt conveyor 1. Each shape holding frame 5 is divided into two upper and lower chambers 5a, 5b each disposed therein a plurality of shape holding rollers 6, 7 for rounding the associated trip belt 1a, 1b. In this arrangement, the rollers 6 for the out-going trip belt 1a is made longer than that of the rollers 7 for the return trip belt 1b so that both side edges of the out-going trip belt 1a is made abut against each other or close to each other without being overlapped with each other.

The majority of the outgoing belt of an endless conveyor belt that circulates between the upper outgoing path and the lower backward path is given a tendency to curl around the longitudinal axis in advance, and is guided by a large number of rollers. A pipe conveyor is known in which a shape-retaining roller rolls an object upward into a pine-like shape, wraps the object therein, and conveys the object in an arbitrary direction.

According to this pipe conveyor, the conveyed objects do not scatter or spill, the conveying slope can be made steep, and the conveying direction can be changed to any direction without transferring the conveyed objects. Because it can be converted to

However, in the conventional pipe conveyor of this type, the inner and outer surfaces of both ends 6υ[5] and l of the rounded conveyor bell (451) are overlapped as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, since the inner surfaces are butted against each other in the shape of palms together (not shown), the diameter becomes smaller accordingly, and the amount of conveyance is reduced.

In addition, when the conveyor belt (51) unfolded into a belt shape in the driving drum and the driven drum is rolled up, the inner side end (5i) hits the inner surface of the outer side end 56. However, it may not overlap smoothly, and during long-term use, this part may slide and become worn or damaged.

This jamming phenomenon occurs when the conveyor belt 14511 curls and unfolds, but it occurs most violently when the conveyor belt 6υ on the outward path wraps around the conveyed object. It has been filed under No. 127866.

However, the method of this invention also has the problem that the conveyance amount is reduced by the amount of polymerization of both side ends (6d (6S), the conveyance becomes complicated, and delicate adjustments are required. There is.

The present invention uses an extremely simple means of arranging the shape-retaining rollers so that both ends of the rolled conveyor belt are in contact with or come close to each other without overlapping each other.
This is an attempt to solve both of the above problems.

Figures 1 to 6 show a pipe conveyor to which the present invention is applied, and as shown in Figure 2, an endless pipe conveyor that has a tendency to curl up at the top due to its own elasticity during manufacture, as shown in Figure 2. The conveyor belt (1) consists of a driving drum (2) at the front upper part (right side in Figure 2) and a driven drum (3) at the rear lower part (left side in Figure 2).
The part that unfolds like a belt is turned around.

As shown in Fig. 1, inside the upper chamber (5a) are a total of six outgoing shape-retaining rollers (6), two each on the upper and lower sides and on both sides, which are slightly elongated.
However, in the lower chamber (5b), like the outgoing shape-retaining rollers (6), there are six in total, two each on the upper and lower sides and on both sides, and the return-path shape-retaining rollers (7), which are slightly shorter than the outgoing shape-retaining rollers (6). The pivot fittings 181 are arranged on the same circumference so as to substantially draw Ueda.
