    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ． 建物内において室１の床２と階下の室１′の天井板
    ３との間に形成される空間部４における外壁側に近＜一
    トポンプ式空気，４＋ｏ機５を設置し、該′空気調和機
    ５の調和空気送気口６をダンパー７により床２の下面（
    こ沿つそ区画形成した加温室８内−に開口連通ずる暖気
    送風口９と、室１内上方に向って開口連通ずる冷気送風
    口１０とに切換連通させるようにし、且つ床２の下面に
    加温室８を区画形成する壁板１１に．は加温室８内に吹
    出した暖気を空気調和機５の給気口１２に還流させる連
    通口１３を設けると共に床２面には室１内に吹出し冷気
    を前記連通口１３を経て空気調和機５の給気口１２に還
    流させる開閉串在の連通口１４を設けて成るヒートチン
    プ式空気調和機による冷暖房装置。
