継手などの油圧ユニツトに備えられる直結クラツ
チに関する。

環状の駆動板と、上記フリクシヨンプレートおよ
び駆動板の窓内に回転方向に取り付けた振動ダン
パーとで構成され、入出力軸間の伝達トルクの変
動により生ずる衝撃が振動ダンパーで吸収される
構造となつている。しかるに従来はフリクシヨン
プレートの外窓と駆動板の内窓とは両方共に入力
軸と出力軸の軸心と同軸を有し所定の半径差を有
する二つの円弧と、該軸心を通り所定の角度を有
する二つの直線とで囲まれた形状を有しており、
直結クラツチが回転しているときは、振動ダンパ
ーは遠心力で外方に押し付けられ、第1図および
第2図に示す如く駆動板15の内窓15bの外縁
15aがフリクシヨンプレートBの外窓16の外
縁16cより中心側にあるときは振動ダンパー1
8は内窓外縁15aに圧接しており、伝達トルク
の増減に伴ない駆動板15とフリクシヨンプレー

ピストン14の円板状部分には摩擦材22が固着
され、ケーシング8に設けられた摩擦面23と係
合するようになつている。またこの環状ピストン
14の両側には該環状ピストン14により仕切ら
れた直結クラツチを係合させるための油室24と
直結クラツチを解放させるための油室25が形成
されている。
