Then, the lithium battery (3) is attached with a nylon clamp (8
) are screwed to the internal chassis (4), so if an external force such as vibration or shock is applied to the meter sensor, if the screws become loose, or if the ambient temperature rises, etc. There was a risk that the 9F Wham battery (3) would come off the nylon clamp (8) and hit the printed circuit board (2), damaging the electronic components and impairing the functionality of the meter sensor's electronic circuit. . In addition, since the connection between the lithium battery (3), the terminal block (6), and the electronic circuit section of the meter sensor on the connector cover (force and printed circuit board (2)) is made by lead wires, the lead wires may be damaged due to vibration or impact. There was a risk of it peeling off, and it also took time and effort to assemble.

The present invention is a meter sensor that integrates and stores the emitted pulses from a meter with a transmitter and sends out the integrated value in response to a call from a meter reading center. The battery is directly soldered and fixed to the printed circuit board that constitutes the meter sensor, and when this printed circuit board is housed in the outer case of the meter sensor, the battery has a shape in which the ridgeline of the pipe touches the inner surface of the outer case. The desired object has been achieved by realizing a meter sensor characterized in that it is integrally formed with a holder and is fitted and held in a holder portion having a notch in the longitudinal direction through which the fixing tab can pass.

A meter sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1(a), (
b) and as shown in Figure 2'. Figure 1 (a + l (b)
As shown in the figure, the electronic circuit section is configured. The print upper board is made in a shape that extends to the bottom of the outer case (1), and is inserted from the bottom of the lower case with the outer cover [5] of the outer case (1) removed, and then inserted into the outer case (1). The structure is such that it can be fixed with screws. And lithium battery (3
) is a model with fixing tabs a2 attached to both the positive and negative poles, with the longitudinal direction of the battery aligned with the insertion direction of the printed circuit board αD, and the fixing tabs a■ are directly soldered to the printed circuit board I. At the same time, it is mounted so as to be electrically connected to the electronic circuit section via the conductor section of the printed circuit board. In addition, the terminal block (6) and the connector (power) are installed directly on the extended lower front surface of the printed circuit board 0υ, and are electrically coupled to the electronic circuit section by being connected to the conductor part of the printed board αυ without using lead wires. As described in detail above, according to the present invention, in a meter sensor, a lithium battery as an operating power source is directly attached to a printed circuit board constituting an electronic circuit section by using a battery with a fixing tab and soldering the fixing tab. At the same time, the installation and electrical connections are made simultaneously through the conductor section of the printed circuit board, and the terminal block and connector are also attached directly to the extension of the printed circuit board, and at the same time, the electrical connections are made through the conductor section of the printed circuit board. By configuring this, the internal shear V that was conventionally provided can be eliminated, and connections using lead wires are no longer necessary, so the problem of lead wire separation is solved and reliability is improved. Further, the number of assembly steps is reduced due to fewer screw-fastening locations and no need for wiring. Furthermore, by integrally forming a pipe-shaped holder with a notch on the inner surface of the outer case of the meter center to hold and hold the lithium battery, the lithium battery The lithium battery enters and is held in the holder, so even if the meter sensor is subjected to vibration or shock, or if the soldered part of the lithium battery peels off, the lithium battery will be prevented from popping out, and the printing will not be possible. It is completely prevented from colliding with the board and breaking electronic parts and the like, thereby impairing the function of the electronic circuit section.
