    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 容器内を流動する微粒子群に容器壁の観測窓を通してパ
    ルスレーザ光線を照射して、上記微粒子群のホログラム
    をホログラム用写真乾板上に露光させるパルズレーザホ
    口グラフイ装置において、前記ホログラフイ写真乾板を
    保持した暗箱に参照光と物体光をそれぞれ導くための２
    つの窓を設け、これらの窓に前記パルスレーザ光線のみ
    を通過させる光干渉フィルタを装着したことを特徴とす
    るパルスレーサホ口グラフイ装置。
