Furthermore, in order to rethread the yarn, it is necessary to perform a troublesome operation such as once stopping the rotating take-off roller, removing the wound yarn, and starting the take-off roller again.

In the figure, a plurality of spun yarns Y are cooled in a spinning tube 1, contacted with an oil application device 2 and applied with an oil agent, and then passed through take-up rollers 3, 3' and wound up on a winder (not shown). If the yarn breaks due to some reason, the take-up roller 3'
The yarn breakage detection device 4 arranged on the downstream side of the yarn detects this and operates the aspirator 5 and yarn cutter 6 placed between the spinning tube 1 and the oil application device 2, and the yarn Y is cut by the yarn cutter 6. At the same time as the aspirator 5
This prevents troubles such as the yarn Y being wrapped around the take-up rollers 3 and 3'.

いため集束ができなかつた。 In other words, in the conventional focusing method, it is essential that the guide plate moves in the yarn direction, and in general, the component force in the inclination direction passes over the yarn passing surface of the guide provided above and below the cutting suction device, and the force in the inclination direction is applied to the guide plate. It was necessary to move until the frictional force of the surface became greater. In these conventional focusing methods, when the distance between the ends of multiple threads is short, the guide plate can be tilted greatly, so the component force in the direction of inclination is also large, making it possible to focus. However, recently, equipment rationalization has been Therefore, it is necessary to have multiple spindles for winding a large number of threads at the same time, and as a result, the distance between both ends of the plurality of threads becomes long, making it impossible to collect them using conventional focusing devices. Furthermore, even when the tension of the yarn was low, no sliding force was generated to resist the frictional force of the inclined surface, so that it was not possible to bundle the yarn.

has the configuration shown in FIG. That is, two focusing plates 1 are attached to an upright shaft 18 protruding from a bracket 17.

stands out. In this case, since the pin 16 slides along the guide groove 12, the focusing plates 11 rotate around the upright shaft 18, and the focusing plates 11 are brought close to each other and closed as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. It becomes a state. Therefore, the plurality of yarns Y running in the front position of the focusing plate 11 which was in the open state before operation are focused at the front position of the upright shaft 18 by the movement of the focusing plate 11. At the same time, the yarn cutter 6 and the aspirator 5 are moved forward by the operation of the fluid pressure cylinder 7, and when the suction port of the aspirator 5 approaches or comes into contact with the bundled yarn Y (two-dot chain line in FIG. 4), the yarn is cut. The device 6 operates, and the yarn Y is cut and sucked into the aspirator 5. Incidentally, it is preferable to arrange a yarn path guide 23 from above below the converging plate 11 to prevent the yarn from swinging or the like. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, thread guides 19 and 20 are provided above and below the cutting and suction devices 5 to 6, and the thread guides 19 and 20 are provided at the same time as the aspirator 5, etc., or instead of the aspirator 5, etc.
9 and 20 may be moved to the aspirator 5 side. In order to reliably cut and suck the bundled yarn Y, it is preferable to bring the yarn Y sufficiently close to or press the aspirator 5 as described above.

ない。 The above example has been described in which the converging device 10 is provided below the yarn cutter 6, but the aspirator 5
It may also be provided above, and in this case it is preferable from the standpoint of further improving the focusing performance. Furthermore, aspirator 5
Alternatively, it goes without saying that in addition to the converging device, guides for fixing or introducing the thread (thread path) that move together with the cutter 6 may be provided above and below the cutter 6 and the like.

き省エネルギーに効果的である。 As explained above, according to the present invention, a single cutting and suction device can simultaneously and reliably suction process a large number of threads, reduce equipment investment, and reduce the space occupied by the equipment.Furthermore, the number of installed aspirators can be reduced. Compressed air consumption can be reduced, which is effective in saving energy.
