[Prior Art] When a thermoplastic fiber such as polyamito or polyester is spun, the melt-spun yarn is usually cooled and oiled, and then passed through a take-up roll, a drawing roll, etc., and then a winding machine. It is wound up (Fig. 6). In such a spinning process, the spinning speed has recently been further increased, and a high-speed spinning method of winding at a speed of 4000 m / min or more is becoming widespread industrially.

On the other hand, as one of the peripheral techniques necessary for industrially performing yarn production, there is a technique of cutting a running yarn and sucking it in order to interrupt the yarn production, and various devices and methods have been proposed. As one of the yarn cutting / sucking methods, the traveling yarn is locked by moving it up to the position of the yarn suction device / yarn cutter fixed to one side of the traveling yarn, and then the yarn JP-A-56-9416 discloses a method in which the yarn is cut by the operation of a cutter, the upstream yarn is sucked by a suction device, and the downstream yarn is wound by a winder (Fig. 7). It has been proposed in.

This method is extremely effective as a method for cutting and sucking a plurality of yarns at a time and can be applied to a relatively high speed, but the yarn running speed has been further increased in multi-yarn yarn making. Or, if the number of yarns increases, such as 4 yarns or 8 yarns, the abrasion at the bending point of the traveling yarns by the yarn guides at the time of yarn pulling becomes significantly large. If the tension of the yarn decreases or the running condition becomes unstable due to tarmi, etc., problems such as winding of the upstream yarn around the oil agent applying device, or failure to suck the upstream yarn after cutting the yarn may occur. This may occur, and the yarn cutting and suction processing may not be performed smoothly. In particular, when the suction operation by the yarn suction device is started at the same time as the yarn pulling operation, the suction flow acts on the yarn pulling yarn to further promote the destabilization of the traveling state and increase troubles.

(FIG. 1B, FIG. 2B and FIG. 3B). At this time, the plurality of yarns pulled up by the yarns are gathered on the hooks 16 of the yarn depositing guide 3 and are slid and guided along the inclined portions 17 of the yarn deposit guides 3 to be locked. The yarn suction device 1 is inserted into the yarn collecting groove 11. At this time, the yarn path is sandwiched between the upper and lower yarn shifting plates 4, 4 ', 5, 5'as shown in FIG. 2 (b), and the groove 11 of the yarn suction device, the concave portion of the yarn cutter 2, the yarn guiding guide. After this, the yarn pulling plate and the yarn pulling guide are promptly returned to the original position, that is, the position where the traveling yarns do not come into contact with each other (Fig. 2 (c)). For example, in the yarn manufacturing process shown in FIG. 6, when a yarn breakage occurs due to some cause, the yarn breakage yarn is wound around the take-up roll 8 and the drawing roll 9, and the yarn runs to the winder 10. Since the thread breakage is lost, the thread breakage sensors S 1 to Sn installed in front of the winder detect the thread breakage. A signal is transmitted from the yarn break sensor corresponding to the yarn in which the yarn break has occurred, is transmitted to the sequence of the yarn cutting suction processing devices 1 and 2, and the above processing is started.

In the above-mentioned processing, the yarn pulling operation can be performed by the yarn pulling members provided on both the upstream side and the downstream side of the yarn cutting and suction processing device, so that a plurality of yarns can be collectively and quickly delivered to the yarn depositing guide 3. Preferred for locking.

In addition, the yarn pulling plate is arranged such that the yarn pulling plates 4, 4 ', 5, 5'movable in the direction in which the yarn paths of the plurality of yarns are arranged and the central portion of the yarn routes of the plural yarns are brought into contact with or separated from the yarn depositing guide. It is preferable to use the yarn pulling guides 6 and 6'which are movable in the direction.
At this time, when the yarn pulling plate has finished moving to the vicinity of the central portion, it does not hinder the running of the yarn pulled yarn between the left and right pair (4, 4'or 5,5 '). Further, it has a slit width narrow enough to enable collective locking by the yarn pulling guide, for example, a slit having a width of about 1 to 2 mm.

Further, the yarn suction side of the yarn suction device 1 has a structure in which the yarn collecting groove 11 having a wide upstream side and the yarn suction port 12 opening to the groove are used for the yarn pulling. It is preferable for stabilizing the traveling of the plurality of yarns in the operating position of the yarn suction device even after the member is returned. Such a structure has a yarn concentrating groove 11 and a yarn suction port 12 of the above-mentioned specific shape,
It is preferable that a side cap-shaped member (FIG. 5) formed of a material that does not damage the yarn traveling in contact be separately prepared and provided by being attached to the suction side of the yarn suction device. The shape on the suction side may be formed into the grooved shape as described above. Further, the yarn collecting groove can be substituted by providing another yarn depositing guide near the yarn suction device 1, for example, near the upstream side (not shown).

Furthermore, the operation of the yarn cutting suction processing device is performed by the suction of the yarn suction device and the yarn cutting operation. This yarn cutting operation can be performed at the same time as the start of suction or within 2 seconds after that. It is preferable to eliminate the adverse effect of the suction flow on the stability of yarn running.

A commonly used suction gun or the like may be used as the yarn suction device 1, and a cylinder type or rotor type cutter is preferably used as the yarn cutter 2.

It is preferable that the upper yarn pulling plates 4 and 4 ′ are provided above the yarn suction device 1 and the lower yarn pulling plates 5 and 5 ′ are below the yarn depositing guide 3.
For example, it is preferable that they are separated by about 50 to 100 mm. Further, it is preferable that the yarn depositing guide 3 is below the yarn cutter 2 and is, for example, below 30 to 60 mm. Furthermore, the distance between the yarn cutter 2 and the yarn suction device 1 is preferably about 60 to 150 mm.

[Operation] As described above, in the present invention, the yarn cutting and suction processing devices 1 and 2 for collectively treating the yarns are provided in the vicinity of the central portion of the yarn path of the plurality of yarns at a position where the traveling yarns are not contacted. Since the yarns are brought close to the central portion of the lever, the bending angle of each yarn at the time of yarn pulling can be minimized even when the number of yarns is increased.

In addition, since the member used for threading is quickly returned to the original position after the completion of threading, and suction is started and yarn is cut at the same time as or after this returning, the threading member (threading plate or threading guide). It is possible to minimize the time to receive the bending due to, and to minimize the number of guide contacts.

Both of these actions work together to prevent problems caused by rubbing by the yarn pulling member immediately before yarn sucking, and therefore, the yarn is much more stable and reliable than the conventional method. Processing becomes possible.

Further, according to the present invention, even in the fiber manufacturing process of fibers that are easily affected by rubbing by guides and airflow, as in the case where the single yarn fineness of the traveling yarn is relatively thin, the yarn cutting and suction processing can be performed reliably and quickly. It can be carried out.
