This type of hanging wheel is a large hoist that is installed on a steel tower and is used to extend the wire without loosening it so that there is no need to construct protective scaffolding etc. even if there is an obstacle between the towers. Not only is the size significantly different from that of the gold wheel, but there are also considerable differences in the conditions and methods of use. That is, this hanging wheel is used, for example, in the following manner. In FIG. 1, 1 is a main rope wire, 2 is a messenger rope for pulling the electric wire to be extended, and 3 is a towing rope.
4, 4..., 5, 5... are hanging wheels, and each is connected with a hanging rope 6, 6.... By pulling the towing rope 3 with a winch 7, the messenger rope 2 is extended as if pulling a curtain as the hanging wheels 4, 4, . . . , 5, 5 are deployed. The distance 1 between each hanging wheel 4, 5 is approximately 30 to 40 m, which allows the wire to be extended with almost no slack even after deployment is completed.

A conventional hanging wheel of this type is shown in FIG. 2, for example. That is, in this hanging wheel 5, the frame 8 is connected to the first and second parts by the bolt/nut part 9.
The frame 8a, 8b can be disassembled freely, and together the frames 8a, 8b form a drum-shaped wheel 1.
0 is pivoted. When disassembled, the wheel 10 is cantilevered on the first frame 8a side. In addition, 11 is a winding part of the hanging rope 6, 12 is a clamping part of the towing rope 3, and the hanging wheel 4 of FIG. 1 is used upside down.

However, in the case of such a conventional hanging wheel, firstly, since the hanging wheel 5 itself is suspended by the hanging rope 6, the lifting wheel 5 However, there was a problem in that twisting in the horizontal plane (arrow A in FIG. 3) was likely to occur. In particular, in the case of the hanging wheel 5 used as described above, the included angle α
(Fig. 4) is relatively small, it is easily affected by the ``twist'' of the messenger rope (or the electric wire pulled by it) 2, and the third phase image Like a wire, it has a strong tendency to twist in the horizontal direction, often leading to meandering lines or derailments. Second, although the included angle α is smaller than that of general gold wheels, the wheel 10
Since the diameter of the wheel 10 is extremely small, the contact between the wheel 10 and the messenger rope (electric wire) 2 is close to a point, making it difficult for the rope connection 13 etc. to pass through. The hanging wheel 5
There was a problem where the value fluctuated greatly. Thirdly, since there is only one wheel 10, if the electric wire 2 floats in relation to other hanging wheels during collection, for example, the electric wire 2 will be attached to the upper part 14 of the hanging wheel (Fig. 2). 2 may come into contact with each other and damage the electric wire 2, and there is also the disadvantage that the retrieval resistance increases accordingly. Fourthly, this type of hanging wheel is often used by connecting the hanging ropes in multiple stages vertically, but in that case, since there is only one winding part 11 of the hanging rope 6, the lower stage The hanging wheel had to be connected by bypassing the upper hanging wheel, and since the line of gravity acting from the main rope 1 was not in a straight line, this caused twisting and swinging. There were various problems such as...

FIGS. 5 to 10 are diagrams showing an embodiment of the present invention. First, the configuration will be explained. This hanging wheel 2
0 is a frame 21 having a generally triangular shape as a whole, and wheels 22, 23, 2 held by the frame 21 from both sides at positions corresponding to each vertex of the triangle.
4. It is mainly composed of eye rings 25 and 26 which are rotatably provided at the top and bottom of the frame 21, respectively. They will be explained in order below.

The triangle formed by the frame 21 is an isosceles triangle with equal base angles θ 1 and θ 2 in consideration of ease of manufacture and ease of handling in that either side can be used as the butt. However, depending on the application, such as extending the line on steep slopes such as mountainous areas, it may be better to make it into a scalene triangle shape.
In the above and below, including the claims, "the frame is formed into a generally triangular shape" means "a shape capable of supporting the three wheels 22, 23, 24 at positions corresponding to the apexes of the triangle." It does not necessarily require that the shape of the frame 21 itself be a pure geometric triangle.

The frame 21 can hold each wheel 22, 23, 24 from both sides, and has eye rings 25, 26 on the top and bottom.
It has a frame shape when viewed from the side (Fig. 6) so that it can be provided with. While the wheels 22, 23, and 24 are held from both sides, a portion 27 on one side (the left side in FIG. 6) can be opened and closed with one touch for inserting and extracting electric wires. In this embodiment, 28 is used as a hinge so that it can be opened and closed in the direction of arrow D. The locking means 29 for opening and closing includes a pin 30 biased in the direction of the arrow E, a locking body 31 that can be locked by the pin 30, and an oval shape that can freely expand the pin 30 in the direction of the arrow F. The operation knob 32 is configured with an operation knob 32.
The rotation of the pin 30 allows the pin 30 to engage and disengage from the recess 33 of the locking body 31 with a single touch.

When the connecting part 13 of the electric wire approaches, the hanging rope 6 corresponding to the lower part of the towing rope 3 tilts, and
The entire frame 21, together with the wheels 22, 23, and 24, rotates in the vertical plane (in the direction of arrow B), and the substantial angle of embrace is further reduced to α 0 ″ and α 1 ″ (FIG. 2). This rotation is made more when the passage resistance of the connecting portion 3 is greater, and it is rational because it acts to reduce the substantial included angles α 0 ″ and α 1 ″ accordingly. As the connecting portion 13 that has entered advances, Fig. 9b,
The rotations as shown in (C) and (D) are performed, and the connecting portion 3 is smoothly moved in and out.

The effect of the twist of the hanging rope 6 is on the eye ring 2.
5 and 26 in the horizontal plane (arrow C) [Figs. 5 and 6], and since there are two lower wheels 23 and 24, the twisting in the horizontal plane is absorbed. This (arrow A) [Fig. 8] hardly occurs, and there is no risk of derailment.

When recovering the hanging wheel 20, since there is also a wheel 22 on the upper part, the electric wire 2 is attached to the lower wheel 2.
It will not be damaged even if it floats from 3 or 24, and combined with the fact that the included angle is halved compared to a single wheel sling, the retrieval resistance is extremely small.

As explained above, according to the present invention, since the structure is as described above, it is less susceptible to the effects of "twisting" of electric wires, etc., and together with the presence of the upper and lower eye rings, twisting in the horizontal plane is prevented. This has the effect of making it less likely to occur. In addition, since the included angle is halved, even thick wires can be easily passed through the hanging wheel, which is small and tends to make point contact, and there is almost no increase in tension on the winch side when the wire connection passes through. This means that stable line extension can be expected as the runout can be reduced. Furthermore, since there is a wheel on the top, the wires will not be damaged, especially if they float during collection, and the collection resistance will not increase. Further, the multi-stage connection of the upper and lower parts becomes extremely easy, and mechanically, the lines of gravity acting from the main rope are aligned in a straight line, resulting in the effect that the stability of each hanging wheel is extremely high.

As shown in the embodiment, if a part of one side of the frame is made openable and closable with one touch for inserting and removing electric wires, it is possible to easily insert and remove electric wires, etc., and a vertical roller is built into the frame. By doing so, it is also possible to carry out the wire extension without damaging the electric wire or the like.
