Examples of conventional hanging wheels of this type include those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The hanging wheel 1 shown in FIG. 1 has two wheels 2, 3 and two wire insertion holes 4, 5 corresponding to the wheels 2, 3. The wire insertion holes 4 and 5 are provided with opening/closing means 4a and
An electric wire (including the concept of a wire) is determined by opening and closing 5a.
The same applies hereinafter) can be inserted and removed, and the wire insertion holes 4 and 5 are completely independent of each other. Therefore, during overhead line work, when changing the tension between the wires inserted through the respective wire insertion holes 4 and 5, it is necessary to loosen the wires that were previously tensioned and tension the wires that were in a slack state. When used, the hanging wheel 1 is turned upside down.
Note that 7 is a hole for holding a towing rope when the hanging wheel 1 is deployed between the steel towers. On the other hand, the hanging wheel 10 in FIG. 2 has four wheels 11 to 14,
It has three wire insertion holes 15 to 17. This hanging wheel 10 was developed in consideration of overhead line work in areas such as mountainous areas where it is difficult to secure work areas on both sides of the steel tower. However, since each wire insertion hole 15 to 17 is independent, the technical idea is that the top and bottom of the hanging wheel 10 are reversed when changing the tension. are the same. or,
Therefore, the entire hanging wheel 10 is designed to be vertically symmetrical (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 53-99491). In addition, 18
is a sliding ring guide, which is used to connect the hanging wheels 10 vertically in multiple stages via wires 19, etc. when carrying out construction work on multiple electric wires strung vertically at the same time, for example. The sliding ring 18a is designed so that the sliding ring 18a can reciprocate on the sliding ring guide 18 in order to maintain good vertical connection between the hanging wheels 10 even if the individual hanging wheels 10 are turned upside down. This is what I did.

However, in such a conventional hanging wheel 1 or 10, the wire insertion holes 4, 5 or 15 to 17 through which the electric wire to be subjected to tension conversion is inserted are independent, and the hanging wheel 1, 10 itself is Because the structure required the wires to be reversed, unless the direction of reversal of the multiple hanging wheels placed between the towers was unified, a situation could occur where the wires that were supposed to undergo tension conversion would become entangled with each other. This entanglement requires a great deal of effort to untangle, and scratches on the wires are unavoidable. Therefore, when changing the tension, it is important to not only unify the direction of reversal but also to Great care and a lot of effort were required to ensure that the wires did not collide with each other.

In addition, since only one wheel of both hanging wheels 1 and 10 was in contact with each other in the direction of wire extension (arrow X in Figure 3), the rotation in the horizontal plane (arrow Y) was This rotation in the horizontal plane, together with the necessity of reversing the hanging wheels 1, 10 themselves, has been a major factor in hindering stable overhead line construction. Furthermore, the fact that only one wheel contacts the electric wire in this way means that when a non-flexible electric wire connection part P approaches, especially when the included angle α is large, it becomes difficult for the electric wire connection part P to pass through. There was a problem that resistance could occur.

This idea was developed by focusing on the disadvantages of the conventional hanging wheel. It does not require turning the hanging wheel itself upside down when changing the tension, and has a low center of gravity, resulting in stability. The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages by providing a hanging wheel which is extremely difficult to rotate in the horizontal direction.

The triangle formed by the frame 21 is an isosceles triangle with equal base angles Θ 1 and Θ 2 in consideration of ease of manufacturing and ease of handling in that either side can be used as a butt. However, depending on the application, such as extending the line on steep slopes such as in mountainous areas, it may be better to make it into a scalene triangle. In the above and below, including the claims, "the frame is formed into a generally triangular shape" means "the three wheels 22, 23, 24 can be supported at positions corresponding to the apexes of the triangle." ``formed into a shape'', not necessarily a frame 21
It is not required that the shape itself be a pure geometric triangle.

The frame 21 can hold each wheel 22, 23, 24 from both sides, and has wire guides 26 on the top and bottom.
It has a frame shape when viewed from the side (Fig. 6) so as to provide a. Then, while holding the wheels 22, 23, 24 from both sides, part 2 of one side (the left side in FIG. 6)
7 is one that can be opened and closed with one touch for inserting and extracting electric wires. In this embodiment, 28 is used as a hinge so that it can be opened and closed in the direction of arrow D.
The locking means 29 for opening and closing includes a pin 30 biased in the direction of the arrow E, a locking body 31 that can be locked by the pin 30, and an oval shape that can freely expand the pin 30 in the direction of the arrow F. The rotation of the operating knob 32 allows the pin 30 to engage and disengage from the recess 33 of the locking body 31 with a single touch.

In addition, 34 and 35 are vertical rollers attached to the frame 21, which are made of an elastic material such as nylon or urethane, and are used to prevent the electric wires from coming into contact with the frame 21 and being damaged, and 36 and 37 are the same. The presence of one wheel 22 at the top and two wheels 23, 24 at the bottom lowers the center of gravity, and the upper wheel 22 and lower wheels 23, 2
Coupled with the fact that the electric wire S1 is freely movable between the electric wire S1 and the electric wire S1, the positions of the electric wire S and the wire W can be changed extremely smoothly and stably without reversing the hanging wheel 20 itself. That is, by relaxing the electric wire S which had been in a tensioned state until then, the electric wire S is moved to the position S' and the lower wheel 23,
The wire W, which was suspended on the eye ring 24 and had been in a relaxed state until then, passes through the eye ring 26 without interfering with the wire S at all.
The wire guide 25 moves along the wire guide 25 to the position W'. During this time, the hanging wheel 20 itself remains almost motionless (Fig. 6). In addition, since the hanging wheel 20 does not move during the tension conversion, it is much easier to use the hanging wheel of this invention by connecting it vertically in multiple stages than in the past. be.

When inserting or removing the electric wire S, it is sufficient to remove the locking means 29 and open a portion 27 on one side of the frame 21. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, when the long diameter side of the oval-shaped operation knob 32 is brought into contact with the pin 30, the pin 30 is expanded and disengaged from the locking body 31, so that it can be opened easily. can. After the insertion and removal are completed, by rotating the operation knob 32 by 90 degrees, the pin 30 and the locking body 31 are engaged with each other with one touch due to the biasing force of the pin 30.

As explained above, according to this invention, the structure is as described in the claims for utility model registration, so the tension of electric wires, etc. can be changed without reversing the hanging wheel and in a stable state with a low center of gravity. It can be done smoothly. Furthermore, since there is no need for reversal, it is extremely easy to connect and use vertically in multiple stages. In addition, the angle involved in the entry and exit of wires, etc. is halved, making it extremely easy to pass wire connections, etc., and rotation of the hanging wheel in the horizontal plane is almost prevented, making it possible to extend the wire more stably. It has the effect of becoming.
