Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は医療用薬液を混合する混合針に関する
ものである。従前に於て真空ビンに保存されてい
た抗生物質粉体又は薬液等に蒸留水を注入して混
合する場合は、蒸留水ビンに空気針を注入して次
にビニール細管の両端に注射針を結合した連結器
具の一方の注射針を深く刺通し、次に他方の注射
針を抗生物質粉体又は薬液等を保存しているビン
に刺通して、蒸留水を真空ビン内へ吸引移転させ
て、該薬剤と蒸留水は混合する。しかし乍ら、真
空ビンに内部にガスが発生した場合にはその真空
ビンの真空度が失われて、前記した混合方法では
充分に蒸留水を該真空ビン内へ吸引移転させるこ
とは困難なことがある。そこで、かかる問題点を
鑑みて、真空又は常圧の場合であつても、薬液混
合の作業が極めて楽にしかも薬液の移転が円滑に
出来る混合針を提供するものである。次に本考案
を一実施例の図面によつて詳細に説明をする。

管5の薬液ビンを保持する針基6は、針管5の外
周面に密着して刺通可能な管状部分6pの内壁に
複数本の溝を縦方向に設けて空気通路6anを形
成している。空気通路6anの空気採取口6bnに
はフイルター7nを設けて薬液の逆流出を防止し
ている。第3図は第2図のA−A部分の断面図で
ある。第4図は第2図の一使用例の態様を示す側
面断面図である。ビン8の蒸留水1′が真空ビン
9内へ移転し薬剤2′と混合する。真空ビン9内
のガス10はビン8内へ移転して蒸留水1′の移
転は円滑になされる。更に空気通路6anの側を
真空ビン9へ刺通した場合は、真空ビン9内のガ
ス10は外部へ抜け常圧となつてビン8内の蒸留
水1′は円滑に移転し、薬剤2′と混合する。フイ
ルター7nは蒸留水1′等が逆流出しない様に空
気採取口6bnに設けた。フイルター7nのメツ
シユは小さい方が効果的である。以上の様にして
針基6に複数の空気通路6anとフイルター7n
を設けて、真空圧又は常圧であつても薬液の混合
は円滑になされる等の特徴を有している。
