[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) This invention relates to a negative pressure box for mixing infusion fluids. In other words, when a drug solution stored in an ampoule is collected by suction into an infusion drip bottle containing Ringer's solution, glucose solution, etc. and mixed, the medicine should be suctioned and collected even if the infusion drip bottle is a plastic bottle. This article relates to a negative pressure box that can be used for things that can.

(Prior art) In general, infusions such as Ringer's solution or glucose solution are often mixed with medicinal solutions such as antibiotics, cardiotonic agents, vasodilators, vitamins, etc., and administered to patients. Currently, the work of mixing ~10 ampules of liquid is done manually using a syringe. That is, for each ampoule, the process of cutting the neck of the ampoule, drawing out the infusion liquid with a syringe, inserting the needle of the syringe into the rubber stopper of the infusion bottle, and injecting the liquid into the infusion bottle is repeated.

In such operations, since the infusion bottle is sealed, internal pressure is applied during injection, and the injection operation must be performed while removing air from the infusion bottle. Therefore, there was an inconvenience in that it required a great deal of effort, skill, and time.

Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-34189 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 54-167590, etc. improve on the above points by connecting the suction tube to an aspirator, inserting the needle of the suction tube into the infusion bottle, and dispensing the medicinal solution in the ampoule. A method is disclosed in which the liquid is suctioned and injected into an infusion bottle while reducing the pressure.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The devices disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-34189 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-167590 both contain infusion bottles made of hard materials such as glass bottles. It is a suction injection, and it was possible to suction it under reduced pressure under normal conditions.

However, in recent years, there has been a tendency for a large number of plastic bottles to be used, and if you try to apply negative pressure to these plastic bottles, the bottles will become deformed.
There is a drawback that suction cannot be achieved.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The technical means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned technical problems is to provide a plastic bottle with an opening for passing an injection tube and a suction tube that communicate with the bottle mouth. This is a negative pressure box for mixing infusion fluids that can maintain airtightness and is equipped with a suction port to create a negative pressure inside the box to prevent deformation, and is also equipped with an opening/closing lid to allow plastic bottles to be taken in and out.

(Effect of the invention) According to this technical means, the opening/closing lid is opened, a plastic bottle is inserted into the box body, the lid is closed, and the needles of the injection tube and suction tube passed through the opening are inserted into the rubber stopper of the plastic bottle. When inserted into the ampoule, the medicinal solution is sucked and injected into the plastic bottle while being depressurized.

At that time, the box itself can be kept airtight by suctioning negative pressure from the negative pressure suction port provided on the box body, so the negative pressure inside the box and the negative pressure inside the plastic bottle are balanced. It can prevent plastic bottles from deforming.

In this way, it is possible to mix injections while preventing the bottle from deforming, and the bottle will not deform and make it impossible to inhale the medicinal solution from the ampoule.
