ル支持枠11は回路基板9、導電ゴム10、上ガ
ラス5bを上下からはさみ込む様に固定してい
る。回路基板9上の導電ゴム10とIC8との間
にはIC8の厚みよりもわずかに厚い液晶セルス
ペーサー12が設けられ、IC8と反射板7とが
接触しないようになつている。全体の構造は、
IC8を実装した回路基板9の上部に、反射板
7、液晶セル5、セル支持枠11、及び文字板3
の積層構造となつている。そして液晶セル支持枠
11は外観をそこなわぬために、文字板3の下面
にかくれる必要があり、又偏光板5aも文字板3
の端部より下に設けられているため、上述した従
来の構造に於いては文字板3の厚みによる影がデ
ジタル表示部6にかかる事になると共に液晶セル
5全体が沈み込む感覚を使用者に与え、さらに文
字板3とデジタル表示部6との一体感に乏しくな
り全体として高級感を損なうという欠点があつ
た。

される間隙に絞り込まれると共に、文字板3′に
於ける曲げ部3bの端面は上偏向板端面5eと同
一面内に配置されている。

ヨン時計の商品力向上に大なる効果を有するもの
