ベルに給水する給水管、5は冷却円筒1内に回転
可能に配置された削氷用オーガーで、該オーガー
5の上端軸5Aを冷却円筒1に固定した上部軸受
に、下端軸を下部軸受(図示せず)に支持して
いる。前記上部軸受は周面6Aから軸方向に対
し突出して冷却円筒1の内壁に当接する複数のリ
ブ6Bを形成しており、これにより相隣するリブ
6Bと周面6Aと冷却円筒1の内壁によつて区画
される氷圧縮通路7が形成される。また上部軸受
の下面には凹所8を形成し、該凹所8には摩擦
面が上部軸受及び削氷用オーガー5より硬度な
2枚のすべりワツシヤー9を上端軸5Aから挿入
して配置する。因みに削氷用オーガー5及び上部
軸受の材質はステンレス(SUS304)であり、
ビツカース硬度で180位である。またワツシヤー
9はステンレスに硬質クロムメツキを施して製作
され、ビツカース硬度は800位である。10は前
記オーガー5の駆動モーター、11は貯氷庫、1
2は氷放出部材、13は貯氷庫11の側壁に開口
した放出口、14は放出口13の開閉扉である。
