In general, fine bubble-like water droplets have a smaller gravity relative to their volume than the fine granular water droplets obtained from conventional spray nozzles. It can provide the necessary staying time for the physical or chemical reactions of the liquid that makes up the water droplets, and since it is hollow, it is possible to create a larger number of bubble water droplets with the same amount of liquid. Such aggregates of bubble water droplets have a great heat insulating effect, so they can block warm or cold air, and when the bubble water droplets collide with objects and break, they become even finer particles. , it is characterized by rapid reaction or adhesion with objects. However, despite the many advantages of such bubbly water droplets, the physical and chemical characteristics of bubbly water droplets have not been able to be effectively utilized because no suitable bubbly water droplet generator has been developed.

The present invention is a bubbly water droplet generating device which has a simple structure and effectively generates bubbly water droplets. A honeycomb structure 2 as a porous body is fitted, and this tubular body 1
In the honeycomb structure 2, air or a gas having a desired component is pumped in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure and exits from the through holes of the honeycomb structure 2. Further, inside the tubular body 1, a nozzle 3 for ejecting liquid is arranged, the nozzle orifice of which is directed in the same direction as the gas flow direction.

In the bubble water droplet generator having such a structure, when gas is forced into the tubular body 1 and is flowing, when liquid is ejected from the nozzle 3, the ejected liquid and gas are mixed and stirred, and then the honeycomb structure 2 is formed. The mixture delivered to the honeycomb structure 2
In the process of passing through the holes, microbubbles are generated and released to the outside.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the bubble water droplet generating device according to the present invention is arranged in a cylindrical body 5, and a flow rate higher than that of the gas flowing inside the cylindrical body 1 is formed in the cylindrical body 5. By force-feeding gas, it is possible to send and scatter bubbles and water droplets generated in a predetermined direction and far away.

As described above, according to the bubble water droplet generating device of the present invention, bubble water droplets can be efficiently generated with an extremely simple structure, so that the liquid can be made into a bubble state to promote various physicochemical reactions. In addition, it can be used in a wide range of industries, including locally creating an insulating atmosphere with artificial fog using microbubble water droplets, to prevent frost damage, high temperature damage, etc. to agricultural crops, and in various industries.
