ランプ7を具えた灯体4を吊り下げ、モータ5の
回転によつて灯体4を昇降するように構成されて
いる。昇降駆動部1は図示のモータ5及びワイヤ
巻取りドラム6のほかに図示していないが灯体の
昇降に際し所定の位置でこれを自動的に停止させ
るための検知装置等を具えており、これらは精密
部品で組立てられているため、モータ及び巻取り
ドラムと共に定期的に検査することが安全確保の
ためと長期使用のために必要である。しかし、昇
降駆動部1が天井面に取り付けられた従来の装置
では、点検のため大がかりな足場を組み高所にお
いて作業をしなければならないので、特に床面か
らの高さが高い天井では、そのために経費が嵩
み、又多くの危険を伴なうなどの問題がある。
