連らなり一段大径とする頚部4を形成するもので
ある。5は錘体で合成樹脂でなり第3図、第6図
の如くキヤツプ状をなし内面底部中央に円錘状突
起の弁体8を設けたものである。この錘体5は弁
体8の円錐状突起の先端部を蒸気排出筒2に形成
している頭部4の蒸気噴出孔3に嵌合させ錘体5
を蒸気排出筒2に載置するものである。なお錘体
5の下面開口端に印ろう状の凹部6とその凹部6
の平面に更に一段下げた段部7を設けたものであ
る。9は発条体で、線材又は細板材を楕円状に形
成せしめ長円部の一端を切離してなるものであ
る。10は抑止体でリング状をなし、比較的比重
の大きい金属性のもので形成されたものである。
蒸気排出筒2をはさみ込む発条体9を前記段部7
に挿入せしめると共に、該段部7の外側に位置す
る凹部6内に抑止体10を嵌入せしめ、更に錘体
5の開口端を熱変形させて固定させたものであ
る。かくの如くして錘体5を蒸気排出筒2にかぶ
せその弁体8の先端部を蒸気排出筒2に形成して
いる頭部4に開口する蒸気噴出孔3に嵌合し錘体
