本発明は傘形弁体を有するバルブ部材の製造方

傘形弁体を有するバルブにおいて、傘形弁体は
弁座部材の取付け孔に、傘形弁体の内面中央部分

軸部下端のストツパ部とで弁座部材を上下から挾
持することによつて取付けられる。この場合取付
け前の傘形弁体は、軸部のストツパ部下端から下
方へ伸びる誘導部を有しており、この先端を弁座
部材の取付け孔に挿入して、引張ることによつ
て、ストツパ部が弁座部材の取付け孔から完全に
抜けきつた時点で取付けが完了し、その後不用と
なつた誘導部をカツタ等を用いて切断除去してい
る。このように誘導部を有する傘形弁体を用いて
いるのは、一般に弁体の材質は硬度の低い弾性材
料からできているので、誘導部を有しない傘形弁
体のストツパ部を弁座部材の取付け孔に対向させ
て、傘部の上面から力を加えても軸部が座屈して
しまい、ストツパ部が弁座部材の取付け孔に入ら

において、本発明に用いられる傘形弁体1は傘部
2と軸部3と誘導部4とから成る。傘部2は逆皿
状をしており、内面の中央部分には傘部2の軸心
方向の取付け位置を規制する段部5を有する。該
段部5の高さは傘部2の外周部分より低く、また
直径は前記軸部3より大きくなつている。軸部3
は前記傘部2の段部5下端から下方へ伸び、下部
には軸部3の径より太くなつたストツパ部6を有
する。誘導部4は軸部3のストツパ部6から下方
へ伸びており、つけ根部分から離れるにつれて次
第に細くなつている。そして誘導部4のつけ根部
分には径の小さくなつている切欠き部7を有して
いる。尚、切欠き部7は単に切込みを入れただけ
のものであつても良い。第2図に示す弁座部材8
は円板状をしており中央に取付け孔9、その周囲
には1個または複数の通口10を有している。そ
して取付け孔9の径は前記傘形弁体1の軸部3の
径とほぼ等しく、また通口10は傘形弁体1の外
径の内側におさまる大きさのものである。そして
前記傘形弁体1の段部5とストツパ部6との間の
距離は弁座部材8の厚さにほぼ等しくなつてい
