入者状態によつて各該加入者端末制御回路毎に制
御しなければならず、又公知の蓄積プログラム交
換方式におけるソフトウエア処理において発信規
制等の輻輳処理を行うことは、輻輳に対する解決
には至らないので、各回路毎の各状態に対する制
御処理は、各回路毎のハードウエアにて行われな
ければならない。このことは加入者電話交換機に
おいて経済的に非常に不利であり、適した制御方
式とはいえない。

より経済的な発信規制時の通知アナウンスを行な
う方式を提供することにある。

続制御をつかさどるソフトウエアでは、発信規制
状態であることを識別して発信規制に関する制御
をすることもなく、共通制御装置8にて発信呼を
規制し規制中の加入者にはOFF―HOOK時にア
ナウンスで通知し、かつ着信呼についてはその接
続処理を行なうことにより、サービスを損なうこ
となく発信規制制御が可能となる。
