本考案は、ねじにより複数の部材を締結する構

従来の上記構造は、第1図に示す例のように、
頭付ねじ1の先端を、ばね座金2と取付部材3の
ねじ通し孔31に通して取付部材4のねじ孔41

1を回して締めつけてばね座金2を変形させ、復
元のための弾発力によつて取付部材取付部材3,
4を第2図に示すように固着する。上記従来の構
造では、ばね座金2という余分な部品を必要とす
るばかりでなく、その座金2が取付部材3の外側
に出るので頭付ねじ1の頭の高さが高くなるの
で、スペース的に不利となるばかりでなく、外観
も悪くなる欠点を有していた。図示しないが、歯
付座金を用いてねじを螺入する際にの歯付座金の
歯の部分を取付部材に食い込ませて締結する構造
もあるが、その構造では上記歯にこじられた取付
部材の表面部分から発錆する等の欠点があつた。
又、ばね座金、歯付座金等を用いないでねじによ
り部材を締結する構造としては第3図に示す例の
ように、頭付ねじ1の先端を座金等に通さずに直
接取付部材3のねじ通し孔31に通し取付部材4
のねじ孔41に螺入し、接着剤5で頭付ねじ1の
頭と取付部材3の表面を固着する場合もあるが、
接着剤5で頭部上面の凹し孔が埋まつて爾後の締
結解除作業が不可能となる欠点があつた。更に
又、図示しないが頭付ねじ1を取付部材4のねじ
孔41に螺入する直前に螺合面に接着剤を塗布す
ることもあるが締結解除が全く不可能とする欠点
