Figure 1 is a side view of a Stadka reclaimer machine that piles up and cuts out bulk materials 1 in a yard.
Bulk materials are discharged to the ground from the tip of boom conveyor 2. A flexible pipe 3 is connected to a water sprinkling nozzle 4 at the tip of the conveyor 2, and the other pipe is configured to be able to supply water from a water supply groove 6 via a water supply pump 5. When piling up on the boom conveyor 2 configured in this way,
Water can be sprayed from a nozzle 4 at the tip of the conveyor 2 in order to prevent the bulk materials from being crushed by crosswinds and the impact force of falling on the pile, and from generating and scattering dust. However, when the crosswind is strong, the water droplets sprayed from the nozzle 4 are also blown away by the wind, and it takes a certain amount of time for the water droplets to adhere to the dust-generating particles and for the particles to aggregate. The drawback was that diffusion could not be sufficiently suppressed. As a countermeasure for this,
There is a method of heating loose materials before reaching a boom conveyor 2 such as a reclaimer to cause fine particles to aggregate or to adhere to large particles in the form of lumps. FIG. 2 shows a conventional example of preventing dust generation on the conveyor line before reaching the boom conveyor 2.
To explain its configuration, it is loaded on belt conveyor 7,
The moving loose items 8 fall onto a conveyor 10 via a chute 9. Water droplets are sprayed into this chute 9 from above and from before and after the falling bulk material 8 through a spray nozzle 12 provided in a water pipe 11 to suppress dust generation. However, loose materials on the conveyor 7 or falling loose materials are layered and thick, and the sprayed water droplets cannot penetrate into the inside of the bulk materials. The drawback was that the particles were blown away and dispersed by the wind.

The key point of this invention is that before bulk materials are piled up,
By sprinkling water while dispersing loose materials,
The humidifier is capable of suppressing dust generation in the yard by sufficiently humidifying the dust-producing fine powder particles inside the bulk materials to cause them to coagulate or to adhere to large particles. .

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. The bulk material 14 conveyed by the belt conveyor 13 enters the chute 15 and falls onto the intermediate belt conveyor 16. A mountain-shaped fin 17 is attached to the intermediate belt conveyor 16 in the belt traveling direction, and the intermediate belt conveyor 16 as a whole is installed at an angle of elevation so as to throw the loose objects 14 upward. A water sprinkling nozzle 18 connected to a water supply means is installed in the chute 15 so that the loose material 14 can be watered from above, from the front and back, and from the left and right. The loose materials falling in the chute fall onto a belt conveyor 19 and are transported to a storage area.

In the humidifying device configured in this manner, when the loose objects 14 fall onto the intermediate belt conveyor 16 and are thrown upward from the discharge section, the loose objects 14 are affected by gravitational acceleration, with heavier objects placed on the lower layer. Classified and dispersed. As a result, highly buoyant fine powder particles fly upward and become dispersed from the large-diameter object.
In addition, since the intermediate belt conveyor 16 is equipped with mountain-shaped fins 17 with respect to the moving direction of the loose objects, as shown in the plan view of the intermediate belt conveyor 16 in FIG. θ
The loose material is discharged from the intermediate belt conveyor 16 in such a way that it is dispersed and spread out. At this time as well, due to the influence of the difference in gravity, the particles spread farther and become more dispersed than in the conventional example.

Spraying water from the nozzle 18 in such a discrete state not only makes it possible to sufficiently humidify the inside of the loose material layer falling between the conveyors 16 and 19, but also sufficiently humidifies the particulate particles in the discrete state.
9 and can be sufficiently agglomerated or attached to large particles during transportation. For this reason, dust generation can be suppressed better than ever before during transportation of bulk materials or during pile-up of bulk materials.

According to this embodiment, it is possible to reduce the amount of fine powder particles that are scattered when bulk materials are piled up, so that air pollution due to dust can be prevented, which is effective for environmental conservation.
In addition, there is no need to install a water sprinkler at a high place, such as the falling part of a boom conveyor, and water can be used more effectively.

As described above, according to the present invention, highly dust-producing fine powder particles can be made easily susceptible to water spraying, so that the effect of suppressing dust generation by water spraying is improved more than ever before.
