For example, when applying an antistatic effect to a plastic film or sheet molded product, there are two methods: kneading it inside and applying it to the surface. Although the method of applying it to the surface is simple, it has drawbacks such as lack of long-lasting effects and lack of uniformity.

This idea maintains the surface coated with antistatic agents as a biaxially continuous film surface, maintains these effects, and eliminates static electricity. To provide a synthetic resin film-like molded product having both effects, the gist of which is to form an intermittent convex pattern on one or both sides of the film.

This device has the above structure, and although it can be molded by embossing, etc., it can be easily obtained by cutting open a tube manufactured using the “Synthetic resin tube-shaped molded product manufacturing device” of Patent No. 958504. According to this method, a large number of protrusions 6 can be provided on only one side 2 of the synthetic resin film 1 or on both sides 2, 2' as shown in FIG.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and even if a surface conditioner such as an antistatic agent, an antifogging agent, or a rust preventive agent is applied to this synthetic resin film, one side 2 or both sides 2, 2' of the film 1 will be Since a large number of convex portions 4 are scattered, the convex portions 4 come into contact with other objects, and are unlikely to come into contact with other base surfaces. In particular, since the distance between adjacent protrusions 3 in the protrusion set 6 is extremely small, the coating film at these locations is protected. Therefore, the coating films on the base surface do not peel off, and these coating films are biaxially continuous, and the effect of the drug is continuous over a wide range. Further, although the coating film on the convex portion 4 is peeled off due to contact, this is compensated for by the coating film around the convex portion 4.

In addition, in this invention, since the convex portions 4 are arranged regularly, the contact surface is concentrated on the convex portions 4, and the generation of static electricity due to contact friction can be limited to the convex portions 4, so that static electricity is generated at the ends of the convex portions 4. The accumulation of electricity increases, and due to the proximity of each of the protrusions 4 within the protrusion strip set 6 and the mutual dust, discharge easily occurs between the protrusions 4, making it easy to eliminate static electricity. The time required for static electricity to be generated in the convex portion 4, discharged between the ends of the convex portion 4, and to disappear, so to speak, the relaxation time (1/e) is 300 to 600 seconds. However, in conventional films without convex portions, the distance becomes infinite depending on the environment. To increase the antistatic effect, follow the above steps.
300-600 seconds is not enough. Therefore, when a uniform ultra-thin film of antistatic agent is formed on the surface, the above relaxation time is 0.1 seconds or less. At the same time, the many convex portions 4 of this invention serve as contact surfaces with other objects and protect the film formed on the substrate, resulting in an extremely long duration. The antistatic effect is greatest when the thickness of the convex portions 4 is two to three times the thickness of the substrate of the film 1.

In this way, in this invention, the generation of static electricity is limited to the regularly provided convex portions 4, and these convex portions 4
Because the ends are close together, it is easy to discharge, and when an antistatic agent is applied, the coating film is biaxially continuous,
Moreover, the coating film formed on the substrate is protected by the large number of convex portions 4, so that the effect is extremely long-lasting.

In addition, if a chemical other than antistatic agent is applied, the convex portion 4
In addition to the sustainability of the effect and the protection of the appearance such as resistance to wrinkles, the concentration of static electricity on the convex portions 4 and the effect of discharging static electricity are also produced.

In addition, even when this invention is used as is, each convex part 4 serves as a non-slip, and since the convex parts 4 are interrupted in the vertical direction and are offset in the horizontal direction, the tensile strength in the biaxial direction is increased. It's also expensive. In addition, when this invention is made into a bag from a tube-shaped molded product or a sheet-like product, by providing the convex portion 4 on the inner surface, it is possible to buffer the contents inside the bag and at the same time apply an antistatic agent only to the outer periphery of the bag. Even without applying it to the inner periphery, static electricity generated within the bag can be quickly released to the outside, thereby preventing static electricity damage.

In place of the above-mentioned embodiment, the one shown in FIG. A protruding strip 3' that is perpendicular to the protruding strip 3 is provided in the gap 5 that is lined up horizontally. In addition, the one shown in Fig. 7 does not have a set of protrusions 6, but simply has a large number of protrusions 3,
The protrusions 4 of adjacent protrusions 3 are shifted from each other. In the cases shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the four ends of adjacent convex portions are close to each other, or the four ends of relatively wide convex portions are close to each other, and therefore the same effect as in the above embodiment can be obtained. It has the following.

As described above, this invention forms a large number of convex portions with the ends of each convex portion close to each other.
Even when used as is, it has the effect of being wrinkle-resistant, anti-slip, and has increased strength, and even when a surface modifier is applied, the many convex parts act as contact surfaces, protecting the paint film. , does not peel off easily and has the effect of maintaining the modification effect over a long period of time. Furthermore, the generation of static electricity due to contact friction is concentrated on the convex portions, and the fact that the ends of a large number of convex portions are close to each other, together with dust, is discharged at the ends of the convex portions, resulting in a high static elimination effect.
