この型式のブレーキ装置付き電動機は、電動機が
運転されてプルロータ3の磁気吸引力によつてコ
イルばね8の弾撥力に抗して被吸引体9が内方
(図において右方)へ引かれてプルロータ3と被
吸引体9とのギヤツプs(通常0.5mm程度を最適
とする)が0となりブレーキ盤5の前記制動作用
が解除されるのであるが、上述したようにステー
タ2に対してロータ1が後部へ偏在しているの
で、ステータ2によつてロータ1に外方の推力A
が働き、ときどきブレーキ盤5と共に外方へ極微
小移動して摩擦板10が固定面6に軽圧で接触す
る。このようになると、摩擦板10が所定の耐用
時間より不必要に且つ早期に摩耗し、従つて、前
記ギヤツプsの距離を最適に保つための保守点検
周期が短かくなる欠点を有した。本考案は、この
ような欠点のないブレーキ装置付き電動機であつ
て、ギヤツプsの調節もきわめて容易であるもの
を提供することを目的とする。

6に不必要に接触して早期に摩耗するごとき欠点
が発生しないのである。従来この欠点の防止手段
としてフローテイングばねを用いて摩擦板を内方
へ押して推力Aによる移動に対抗させるものがあ
るが、ばねを用いるために材料疲れによる押圧力
の低下、ばねの弾性係数のバラツキによる押圧力
の大小等のため性能上の不良性を有し、しかもフ
ローテイングばねの弾力を摩擦板の押圧力に抗し
て働かさねばならないので本来の制動作用に支障
を来たすことがある。しかし本考案は前記のよう
にロータ軸の横移動を固定したので以上のごとき
欠点がないのである。もつともベアリングに対し
てロータ軸を固定するためには、第1図において
ベアリング13の内側において、ロータ軸4に雄
ねじ部を設け、これにロツクナツトを螺着しても
可能であるが、この場合は適当なギヤツプsをう
るためにはブレーキ盤とベアリングとの間でナツ
トの締付けを加減しなければならないので作業的
に困難であるが、本考案ではこのようなことがな
く、ロツクナツト20を暖めると、ベアリング1
3内で螺付き筒体14をロータ軸外端の雄ねじ部
fに対して容易に回動させてギヤツプsを調整で
きるのできわめて便利である。しかも筒体14の
螺回動による進退に際しては、該筒体14がロー
タ軸4に対しては雌ねじ部dを介して回動すると
共に、同筒体14はベアリング13に対しては回
転自在な内環gにより好適に回動し、その調整作
業を容易とする。本考案はこのように運転中不要
に摩擦板が摩耗することがないので、摩擦板の取
換えも少なくて済み、ギヤツプsの調整の点検回
数も少なくて済み、しかもギヤツプ調整が簡単に
行える点に特徴を有する。
