[Prior Art] A conventional cable support fixture attached to the inside wall of a tunnel for laying a cable inside the tunnel uses a metal support column into which a cable support arm is fitted. For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 38-5668, this structure has a structure in which the support is formed of a rectangular metal rectangular frame, and support arms made of synthetic resin are fitted inside the rectangular tube. It was hot.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] In the conventional cable support fixtures as described above, the metal struts tend to corrode in a short period of time in locations with humidity, salt, or other corrosive atmospheres, and are particularly susceptible to corrosion in salt water. In wet undersea tunnels, etc., there was a danger that the cables would become severely corroded and unable to support the heavy cables, resulting in damage to the cables. In addition, with a support made of a rectangular metal tube like this, there is a problem in that salt and dust accumulates between the inner surface of the rectangular tube and the synthetic resin support arm fitted into it, reducing the insulation. There is a problem in that it cannot deal with cases where a sufficient space is required between supporting arms that overlap one another.

[Function] The above-mentioned support column is formed into a vertically long flat plate, so unlike conventional cylindrical supports, there is no place where salt and dust can accumulate inside the cylinder, and the blade edges on both sides of the vertically long flat plate are connected to cables. The groove of the receiver is inserted into the support, and the two vertically raised vertical plates on the back prevent the vertical flat plate from bending even when supporting multiple heavy cables. The mounting plate is a vertical flat plate on the inside wall of the tunnel. The receiving seat part supports the cable receiver, and the convex strip on the lower surface of the curved plate of the cable receiver reinforces the curved plate that supports the cable. The binding wire hooking piece at the rear end binds the cable to prevent it from falling off, and since the support column and cable holder are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, there is no possibility of corrosion or insulation deterioration even inside an undersea tunnel. do not have. Furthermore, by fitting the intermediate intervening member, a desired interval is formed between the cable receivers that are fitted into the vertically long flat plate of the support column and overlap one another.

The cable support of the present invention, consisting of the support post, cable receiver, and intermediate member constructed as described above, is installed on the inner wall of a tunnel on the seabed. First, the support post is fixed to the inner wall of the tunnel by inserting mounting bolts into the mounting holes 7, 9 of the mounting plates 8, 10 at both the top and bottom of the vertical flat plate 1 of the support post. Then, when the fitting portion 20 of the cable receiver is fitted from the top end of the vertical flat plate 1, this fitting portion 20 is placed on the receiving seat portion 6 at the bottom end of the vertical flat plate 1, and the front plate 21 of the fitting portion 20 is in close contact with the vertical flat plate 1 and stably fitted to the support post. If further cable receivers are stacked on top of this fitted cable receiver and fitted to the vertical flat plate 1, multiple cable receivers will be installed on top of each other on the support post, as shown in FIG. 1. In places where a gap is required between the vertically overlapping cable receivers, the intermediate insert 30 is fitted into the vertically elongated flat plate 1 of the support post and mounted therebetween.

The cable C is placed on the cable support curved plate 25 of the cable receiver fitted to the vertically long flat plate 1 of the support column as described above, and the binding wire hooking pieces 27 and 28 on the lower side of the curved plate 25 are attached. Hang the binding wire W to bind the cable and prevent it from falling off. Note that this binding line W may be a wire or a thin strip. In this way, the cables are supported by attaching support columns to the inner wall of the tunnel on the seabed and attaching cable receivers.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, the cable receiver and the intermediate interposer are fitted into the support column, so when a gap between the upper and lower cable receivers is required, the intermediate interposer is inserted into the support column. Therefore, a desired spacing can be secured. In addition, the support column is made of a vertically long flat plate 1 instead of a square tube as in the past, so there is no accident where salt or dust accumulates and the insulation deteriorates, as in the past.
Furthermore, since it is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, it will not corrode even if exposed to moisture or salt, and therefore it is safe even when installed in an undersea tunnel that is wet with seawater without degrading the insulation. Furthermore, since the raised vertical plates 4 and 5 are provided on the back surface of the vertically long flat plate 1 of the support column, the vertically long flat plate 1 will not bend even if a large number of heavy cables are supported. In addition, since the cable support is provided with a protrusion 26 on the lower surface of the cable supporting curved plate 25, the curved plate 25 is reinforced and can support a heavy cable, and the lower edge of this protrusion 26 has a binding line Since the latching pieces 27 and 28 are provided, there is no danger of the cable falling off.
