BACKGROUND ART In recent years, as the eating habits of ordinary households have improved, the amount of food stored in household refrigerators has increased, and at the same time, refrigerators with large storage capacities have become popular. As a result, the storage container used in the refrigerator becomes larger, and the amount of food stored in the container increases, so the weight added to the container increases. Particularly when the inner box of the refrigerator is slidably supported by molded guide rails, the weight added to the container increases the friction between the container and the inner box, reducing the wall thickness of the inner box. There was a risk of damage.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes, for example, a two-temperature type refrigerator-freezer body, in which a foamed heat insulating material 4 is filled between an outer box 2 and an inner box 3. In the embodiment, the inner box 3 is formed integrally with a partition wall 5, thereby dividing the inside of the refrigerator into a freezing chamber 6 and a refrigerating chamber 7. A freezing chamber bottom plate 8 is arranged above the partition wall 5 at a small distance to form a cooling chamber 9, within which a cooling chamber 10 included in the refrigeration cycle is placed. The cooled air is sent to the freezer compartment 6 through the duct 12 by the blower 11, and is discharged to the refrigerator compartment 7 from the outlet 13, thereby cooling both compartments. 14 is a thermal damper device that automatically adjusts the amount of cold air blown into the refrigerator compartment 7.

Reference numeral 15 denotes a container chamber provided in front of the cold air outlet 13 in the upper part of the refrigerator compartment 7, and legs 15a extending on both sides of the container 15 slide on guide rails 16 integrally formed on the left and right side walls of the inner box 7. They are freely engaged and supported. A locking portion 16a is formed in the middle of the lower side of the guide rail 16, from which the front part is inclined downward, and the rear part is also slightly inclined downward. As a result, when the container 10 is pulled forward, the top surface of the container 10 is exposed to allow food to be taken out and put in, and when it is pushed back and stored, it is configured to prevent it from sliding forward. FIG. 2 shows the container 15 viewed diagonally from the rear. The container 15 is open at the top and has a drawer handle 15b at the front. This container 15 stores items that need to be stored at a relatively low temperature, such as meat, and therefore a notch 15c is formed at the rear of the container 15 so that cold air from the outlet 13 can be The stored food is cooled by flowing directly into the container 15 from the notch 15c as shown by the arrow in the figure. Now, this container 1
5 has a guide rail 16 on its four legs 15a.
It is slidably supported. . Here, the inner box 3 and the container 15 are usually made of styrene resin or the like, and the inner box 3 has a relatively thin wall thickness. Therefore, the container 15 may be pulled out and slid many times to store meat or the like in the container 15, or the legs 15 may be pulled out and slid many times to store meat or the like.
If the weight applied to a becomes large, the sliding contact surfaces are made of styrene resin, so friction becomes large, and the surface of the guide rail 16 of the inner box 3 is gradually scraped and eventually a hole is formed.

Therefore, in the present invention, the leg 15a that contacts the guide rail 16 is covered with a cap 17 made of nylon resin or the like which is softer than the styrene resin that is the material of the inner box 3 and has a relatively smooth surface. As a result, the leg 15a and the guide rail 16 do not come into direct contact with each other, and the cap 17, which has a smooth surface, is attached to the guide rail 16.
Since the guide rail 16 is in contact with the guide rail 16, the friction is reduced and therefore the wear of the guide rail 16 is reduced. Here, in this embodiment, the leg 15a is covered with the cap 17, but it does not have to be a cap, but a resin layer with a smooth surface may be simply formed, and the covering material does not need to be nylon resin, as long as the surface is smooth. good. Further, even if the guide rail 16 is not relatively smooth, wear of the guide rail 16 can be prevented if it is made of a material softer than the styrene resin of the inner box 3, but in this case, it is necessary to replace the covering due to aging. Incidentally, the shape of the container 15 or the position of the legs 15a are not limited to the present embodiment, and can be changed in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the surface of the support part of the storage container used in a slidable manner inside a refrigerator or the like that contacts the guide rail of the inner box is coated with a material that is relatively softer than that of the inner box. Alternatively, since it is covered with a cap made of a material that forms a relatively soft and smooth surface, the friction between the support part and the guide rail that occurs when the storage container slides is reduced, and therefore the support The degree of wear on the surface of the inner box is greater than the degree of wear on the guide rail surface, and it is possible to prevent inconveniences such as holes forming in the normally thin inner box guide rail due to long-term use. Furthermore, since the sliding movement of the container becomes smooth, it has great practical effects, such as the ability to easily take in and out the container even if a large amount of items are stored in the container and the weight increases.
