【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は床面等のコンクリート打に際して使
用する目地材の固定方法に関する。従来、コンク
リートの収縮等に依つてヒビ割を防ぐ為に、必ず
目地材が使用されている。この目地材としては、
機能・施工上の利点・仕上りの美感等々を考慮し
て様々のものが提案されている。例えば、スポン
ジ・エラスタイト発泡性合成樹脂などで形成した
長方形の弾性体を目地材の本体とし、これを荒打
コンクリート面に支持する為に金属製の脚を取り
付け、この脚を開閉する事により目地材の高さを
調節するものが知られている。この目地材を用い
る場合には、脚の開閉によつて水系に合わせ目地
材の高さを調節しながら、該脚部をモルタルによ
つて荒打コンクリート面に固定してゆかねばなら
ない。脚部の固定が不完全であると、コンクリー
トを流し込んだ際に目地材が働いてしまつたり、
或いは目地材の脚と脚との中間位置にたわみが生
じる虞がある。亦、脚の固定に用いるモルタルは
作業現場で調製するか、或いは別所で調製したも
のを作業現場まで運び込まなければならないが、
多量のモルタルを使用する為に、殊にビルヂング
の構築等の場合には、作業が他の作業と並行して
行われる為に例えば作業用エレベータの使用等に
不便が生じる事が多い。更に現場作業がやつかい
な為に不充分な施工が行われ易い難点があつた。

1の底面は平面状でも良いが、若干の凹凸を設け
て少量のモルタを介在させてブロツクを荒打コン
クリート面上に強固に接着させる事が望ましい。
また、目地材の高さによつては、このブロツクに
目地材を支持するのが不充分な場合には、ブロツ
ク1の斜面等に図示の如く目地材支持部材4を埋
め込んでおくものとする。この支持部材4は図示
の如く金属製の棒体であつても良いし、或いはリ
ブが設けられた、又は設けられていない板であつ
ても良い。

の防水層を傷付けないようにする為である。施工
に際してブロツク1の下面にモルタルを介在させ
る場合にあつは、溝7を設けなくともよい。第1
の実施例においても、目地材支持用の支持部材4
を用いる事が可能で、ブロツク1に支持部材4を
前もつて埋め込んでおくか、或いは支持部材4取
り付け用の穴をブロツク1の外面に設けておくも
のとする。

の両端に設ける場合がある。

で、コンクリート打の際に目地材の上方がたわむ
虞がある場合には、第1の実施例において説明
し、第7図に示す如く目地材支持部材4を用いて
目地材Aの上方を支持すれば、目地材のためみ等
は防止できる。
