    ルユニットにおいて、上記検出信号を入力とする制御回
    路と、電源電圧を入力とする積分回路と、この積分回路
    出力が一定値を超えたことを検出するしきい値回路と、
    このしきい値回路の出力により制御され上記制御回路の
    入力端および′出力端とアースとの間を短絡する各トラ
    ンジスタニ−り成るコントロールユニットの誤動作防止
    回
