In the embodiment shown in the figure, a lower roll (2) made of a conductive material (W<a) is placed in a liquid tank (1) made of a conductive material.
M and (A) Kakegawa side rolls (3) are installed on the sides, and these lower rolls (2) and L side rolls (3) are rotated synchronously by a required drive machine (not shown). At the same time, it is equipped with a power supply device [(4j) that applies a positive potential to the lower roll (2) and a negative potential to the liquid tank (1).The applied voltage is usually H, volts. Perform at low voltage. In addition, explanations of the incidental equipment such as the # arm device of the inn and the dyeing liquid supply/drainage device are omitted.Furthermore, the diameter of the lower roll (2) is increased and the diameter of the L side roll (3) is omitted.
) may be implemented with a reduced diameter of 7, and these rolls +2) (3) may be implemented in a shape other than cylindrical.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, when using it, first add the dyeing solution (6) containing tannins to the solution 11!1 tl.
Place the lower roll (2) in J to a depth where half of it is immersed, and then insert the rudder (A) into the upper and both side rolls t3) (2).
The hook is turned to rotate these upper and lower rolls +31 and +21, and power is supplied to the lower rolls (2) 8 and the liquid N (2).In this way, the tannin substance in the liquid tank (11) is electrolyzed (by the lower It is actively collected on the side σ-rule (2).Therefore, the mordant dyeing of a-b) is effectively carried out.

In addition, during this mordant dyeing, tannin is removed from the lower roll (2).
By anodic oxidation depending on the material and the type of dyeing liquid (6), tannin iron, tannin copper - tannin chrome, tannin aluminum - tannin tin are obtained.

The present invention consists of a conductive material bath for dyeing solution, a conductive material spout for the rollers rotating in the bath, and a power supply that applies a negative low potential to the liquid bath and a positive low potential to the rolls. It is characterized by having a device, so that substances that effectively function for dyeing, such as the above-mentioned tannin substances, are actively and forcibly collected against the roller rotating by a device that obtains an electrolytic action. It is designed to enhance the effect of mordant dyeing by using the dyeing machine of the present invention, and is effective in fully achieving the intended purpose. It also solves problems such as discoloration, yarn magnetization, and fuzzing, and has practical effects such as greatly contributing to quality improvement.
