Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the renewal of existing pipelines easier by a method in which a powdery hardening agent is sprayed from the jet part of a coating head onto the inner wall of an existing pipeline and heated to bond it to the inner wall to form new inner wall. CONSTITUTION:A connecting shaft 7 attached with an excavating head 8 is penetrated into an existing pipeline 3 by operation of the shaft of the cyclone decelerator 5 of a driver 4 and also by operation of a propeller to excavate the inner wall of the pipeline 3. When the excavation of the inner wall of the pipeline 3 for one-stroke of the decelerator 5 by the head 8 is ended, the rear end of the shaft 7 is attached to the shaft and the inside of the pipeline 3 is likewise excavated. When the head 8 reaches from a manhole 2 to a manhole 2', the head 8 and the shaft 7 are drawn out of the pipeline 3, and a coating head 11 is inserted into the hole 10. A hardening agent is sprayed from the head 11 onto the inner wall of the pipeline 3 while the head 11 is dragged from the manhole 2 to the manhole 2' and heated to bond it to the inner wall to form new wall 23.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention provides the existing pipe 3 using the Huum pipe as described above.
Since the internal wall 23 is formed using a hardening agent, the ground where the pipe 3 is buried must be dug up, unlike the conventional method of replacing the existing pipe 3 with a new pipe. Since there is no need to replace the pipeline and then backfill the excavated ground, this helps to shorten the construction period and reduce construction costs. In addition, when forming the interior wall 23 using a hardening agent on the inner circumference of the existing pipe 3, a powdered hardening agent is used, and the hardening agent is transported to a target position within the old pipe 10. The method uses compressed air from an air pump or the like and a high-pressure hose 19, and the method for welding the hardening agent to the inner circumferential wall of the old pipe line at the desired location requires part 2 to spray the hardening agent at the appropriate location.
2 and a heater 21
1, and while the coating head 11 is being towed from one manhole 2 to the other manhole 2' in the old pipe using a pulling wire 15, etc., the spraying is carried out from part 22. A powdered hardening agent is sprayed onto the inner circumferential wall of the old pipe, and the hardening agent is heated and welded by the heater 21 of the same coating head 11, so the hardening agent is applied to the desired position. It has the advantage of being able to quickly and reliably form the desired interior wall 23 by easily transporting it to the surface, injecting it into cracks, etc., and welding it.
