Figures 2 to 4 show the first embodiment, Figure 2 is a vertical sectional view of a part of Figure 1, Figure 3 is a sectional view of the fixed part, and Figure 4 is the insulation into which the screw rod is inserted. Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the panel. This curtain wall is made of H-shaped structural members, and includes a structural member A provided on the indoor side, an outer frame member B attached to the structural member A and provided on the outdoor side, and structural member A and outer frame member B. A double structure glass plate 1 interposed between,
It is configured to include a heat insulating material C provided between these. The structural member A is provided on the indoor side so that the flange portion 3 is located on the side of the outer member B, and a mounting plate a of a constant thickness is fixed to the outer surface of the flange portion by welding W. This mounting plate a has a hole formed into which a heat insulating pipe 4 into which a threaded rod 2, which will be described later, is fitted can be fitted. Said outer frame material B
supports the outdoor surface side of the glass plate 1,
In this embodiment, the upper main body b' and the lower rib b are vertically assembled. A draining portion 5 that slopes downward extends from the outer surface of the upper main body b', and a draining hole 6 is provided below the draining portion 5. From the lower part of the main body b' of the outer frame member B, that is, from the center of the outer frame member B, a support portion 7 having a U-shaped cross section extends toward the interior of the room from between the glass plates 1 located above and below. An engagement groove 8 is formed in the lower surface of the support portion 7 . An engagement edge portion 9 bent toward the indoor side from the upper part of the ridge b is inserted into the engagement groove 8, and thereby the main body b' and the ridge b are assembled to form the outer frame member B. It is becoming more and more like this. Here, the ridge b supports the upper part of the outdoor surface of the lower glass plate 1, while the main body
b' supports the lower part of the outdoor surface of the upper glass plate 1. The heat insulating material C is made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride or synthetic rubber, and has a mounting portion 10 having a U-shaped cross section formed in the central portion.
A flat plate-shaped held portion 11 is arranged above and below. Here, the mounting portion 10 of the heat insulating material C is sandwiched between the mounting plate a, which constitutes a part of the structural member A, and the support portion 7 of the outer frame member B. The heat of the support portion 7 of the material B is prevented from being transmitted to the structural member A. On the other hand, the held portion 11 of the heat insulating material C is sandwiched between the glass plate 1 and the flange portion 3 of the structural member A, and similarly blocks the heat of the glass plate 1 from being transmitted to the structural member A. There is. Therefore, by sandwiching the heat insulating material C between the outer frame member B and the structural member A and between the glass plate 1 and the structural member A, heat from the outside is blocked.
Particularly, it is possible to effectively prevent dew condensation on the structural member A on the indoor side in winter.
Furthermore, by interposing the clamped portion 11 of the heat insulating material C between the glass plate 1 and the flange portion 3 of the structural member A, this portion can also be used as a back-up material that is required to be provided, and the support portion 11 of the glass plate 1 can be It is now possible to accurately support indoor surfaces.

A hole into which the heat insulating pipe 4 can be inserted is provided in the upper piece of the support part 7 of the outer frame member B, and
As shown in FIG. 3, the lower piece has a threaded hole 12 into which the tip of the threaded rod 2 inserted into the heat insulating pipe 4 can be screwed. Therefore, the heat insulating pipe 4 is inserted into the overlapping part of the support part 7 of the outer frame member B, the mounting part 10 of the heat insulating material C, and the mounting plate a of the structural member A,
The tip of the threaded rod 2 inside the insulated pipe 4 is inserted into the threaded hole 12.
When screwed together, the outer frame member B is fixed to the structural member A and the heat insulating material C is fixed at the same time. In addition, in FIG. 1, 13 is a backup material filled between the outer frame material B and the outdoor surface side of the glass plate 1, and 14 is the outer frame material B, the outdoor surface side of the glass plate 1, and the structural member. This is caulking material filled between A and the indoor surface side of the glass plate.

Assembling the curtain wall as described above,
The mounting part 10 of the heat insulating material C is fitted to the mounting plate a of the structural member A, and the clamped parts 11, 11 are joined to the outer surface of the flange part 3, and the outer part where the rim b and the main body b' are assembled is assembled. This is done by fitting the support part 7 of the frame material B to the attachment part 10 of the heat insulating material C. In this state, the insulating pipe 4 with the threaded rod 2 inserted thereinto is inserted into the supporting part 7 of the superimposed outer frame material B, the mounting part 10 of the heat insulating material C, and the mounting plate a of the structural member A. Screw the tip into screw hole 1
2. Next, one side of the lower part of the upper glass plate 1 is joined to the outer surface of the clamped part 11 of the heat insulating material C, and the back-up material 13 is inserted into the glass plate 1.
Caulking materials 14, 14 are attached to both sides of the lower part of the glass plate 1, and a supported part 11 and a back-up material 13 of the heat insulating material C are respectively sandwiched between both upper surfaces of the glass plate 1 on the lower side, the flange part 3, and the ridge b. Once the caulking material 14, 14 is applied, the assembly can be completed.

In this state, the supported portion 11 of the heat insulating material C is sandwiched between the flange portion 3 of the structural member A and the indoor surface side of the glass plate 1, so that the indoor surface side of the glass plate 1 can be accurately supported. At the same time, direct contact between the outer frame member B and the structural member A is prevented by the heat insulating material C, and a good heat insulating effect is exhibited. Moreover, since the held parts 11, 11 of the heat insulating material C are joined to the upper and lower inner glass plate 1 sides, the backup material for these parts can be omitted.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment, which is constructed almost the same as the first embodiment as indicated by the same reference numerals, but with a heat insulating material C.
is formed into a flat plate shape, and the clamped parts 11, which are connected to both sides of the mounting part 10, are thick and come into contact with the upper and lower glass plates 1. on the other hand,
Outer frame material B formed by assembling main body b' and ridge b
A support portion 7 extending toward the interior of the room from the central portion of the support portion 7 is formed into a T-shape, and its tip end surface is in contact with a mounting portion 10 of the heat insulating material C. Accordingly, the insulating pipe 4 has the threaded rod 2 inserted into the support part 7 of the outer frame member B, the mounting part 10 of the heat insulating material C, and the flange part 3 of the structural member A.
is inserted, and the nut 17 is screwed onto the tip of the threaded rod 2 to complete the assembly.

FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment, which is indicated by the same reference numerals and is constructed almost the same as the first embodiment, but the outer frame member B has a main body and a ridge formed integrally, and has a U-shaped cross section. The support part 7 is separated from the outer frame member B, and the outer frame member B can be assembled by fixing the support part 7 with screws 19. In this state, insert the insulating pipe 4 with the threaded rod 2 fitted into the support part 7, the insulation mounting part 10, and the mounting plate a of the structural member A, and insert the tip of the threaded rod 2 into the screw hole 12.
It can be assembled by screwing it together.

In the present invention, the heat insulating material is attached and fixed between the structural member and the outer frame material through screw rods, so the assembly structure can reliably support the glass plate or panel by interposing the heat insulating material. At the same time, the area between the outer frame material and the inner structural member can be well insulated with heat insulating material, and the assembly of glass plates, etc. and outer frame material can be done without the need to hold the heat insulating material in place. Since the part also serves as a back-up material, the work can be carried out with good efficiency, and it has a feature that it can be carried out suitably with a simple structure.
