Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a sash panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a steel framed building, a sash frame such as a glass plate is attached using a sash frame that supports and holds the periphery of the surface material from the front, back, and side surfaces. The sash frame is attached to the structural frame of the building by holding the face materials.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the mounting structure using the sash frame of the three-way holding type as described above has a problem that the cost is high especially when the face material is large.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure of a sash surface material capable of mounting the sash surface material to a building cost-effectively even if it is large. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object is to provide a sash frame for supporting a structural steel shaft of a building on one surface side of a peripheral portion of a sash for a sash,
The structural steel shaft member and a sash frame member that supports the other surface side and the side surface side of the peripheral edge portion of the sash surface material support the peripheral edge portion of the sash surface material from three sides, and The problem is solved by the mounting structure of the sash face material, which is characterized by being held.
[0006]
In this structure, the structural steel shaft of the building is a sash frame that supports one side of the peripheral edge of the sash panel, so the sash frame member is the other side of the peripheral edge of the sash panel. It is only necessary to support the side and the side, so that the material cost of the sash frame member can be kept low, and even if the sash surface material is large, it can be installed in a building at a cost advantage. Can be. The sash surface material is generally a glass plate or an acrylic plate, but may be a punching plate made of a metal such as aluminum or stainless steel.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
In the mounting structure of the sash face material according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numerals 1 and 1 denote left and right columns made of H-shaped steel as structural steel shaft members in a steel framed building, and 2 and 2 denote the same. Upper and lower beams made of H-shaped steel, 3 is a sash surface material made of a glass plate, and the glass plate 3 is attached to a portion surrounded by the pillars 1, 1 and the beams 2, 2. It separates from the outside 5.
[0009]
In order to mount the glass plate 3, the pillars 1, 1 and the beams 2, 2 are used as sash frames for supporting one side of the peripheral edge of the glass plate 3, as shown in FIGS. We are using. A first sash frame member 6 made of a lip channel steel or a square steel pipe is attached to the column 1 and the beam 2 by welding or the like in order to support the side surface side of the peripheral portion of the glass plate 3. A second sash frame member 7 made of steel strip is attached to the first sash frame member 6 by screws or the like in order to support the other surface side of the peripheral portion. In addition, 8 is a backup material and 9 is a sealing material.
[0010]
As described above, in the above mounting structure, the pillars 1, 1 and the beams 2, 2 which are the structural steel shaft members of the building are sash frame portions for supporting one surface side of the peripheral portion of the glass plate 3, so that the sashes are provided. As the frame member, it is sufficient to use only the first and second sash frame members 6 and 7 for supporting the other surface side and the side surface side of the peripheral portion of the sash surface material. The material cost of the sash frame member required for the above can be reduced, and the glass plate 3 can be attached to the building advantageously in terms of cost.
[0011]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, there is no limitation on the form and mounting method of the first and second sash frame members 6 and 7, and there is no limitation on the material, and the material may be aluminum or resin. In the above embodiment, the sash frame member is composed of two members, the second sash frame member 7 that supports the other surface of the peripheral portion of the glass plate 3 and the first sash frame member 6 that supports the side surface. Although the configuration is shown, it may be configured with a sash frame member made of one member that supports the other side and the side of the peripheral portion of the glass plate 3. Needless to say, the structural steel shaft material may be a circular steel pipe material, a square steel pipe material, or another shaped steel material.
