Abstract

PURPOSE:To listen to an alarm sound from a speaker supply by poviding a sound collecting means collecting surrounding noise at speaker installed position and using an output of the sound collection means so as to control a sound amplifier output to the speaker. CONSTITUTION:A microphone 3 collects always the surrounding noise of the speaker 2 at all times and outputs a noise value to a sound amplified control circuit 4. The sound amplifier control circuit 4 gives a control signal 5 to a sound amplifier 1 so that the output level of the sound amplifier 1 is over the noise value by 6dB in the sound pressure level based on said noise value when the speaker broadcast is started. Thus, the alarm sound from the speaker 2 connected to the sound amplifier 1 is broadcast at the sound pressure level over 6dB than the sorrounding noise at that time.
