Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は天板を長手方向に傾斜させ、かつ昇
降させることができる医療用寝台装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a medical bed device whose top plate can be tilted in the longitudinal direction and which can be raised and lowered.
従来、天板を傾斜させ、かつ昇降させることが
できる寝台としてはX線テレビ装置などで天板の
両側に相対向してX線管とテレビカメラとを配設
したものがあつた。しかしながらこのようなもの
では、X線管、天板、テレビカメラ相互を一定の
相対位置に保持したまま360゜精密に回動し得る
ことが必要であり、機構が複雑かつ大型化する。
ところで脳、心臓血管などの循環器を診断するた
めに受診者にカテーテルを挿入するような場合は
受診者を載置した天板を最大10〜20゜傾斜させ、
かつ昇降でき、しかも構造が簡単な寝台が望まし

転自在に支持している。上記回転機構3は第1の

5に回転自在に軸支され、かつ回転駆動機構6に
回転駆動される小歯車7と、前記天板1に固設さ
れ、かつ上記軸受板5にピン8を介して回動自在
に軸支されるとともに前記小歯車7に噛合する大
歯車9とを設けている。そして前記第1の基板4
を移動機構10を介して第2の基板11に支持
し、天板1をその幅方向へ移動させることができ
るようにしている。この移動機構10は上記第1
の基板4の両側に回転自在にローラ12を軸支し
このローラ12によつて荷重を支えるとともにこ
の基板4の中央部にガイドレール13を設けて前
記第2の基板11に軸支したガイドローラ14を
ガイドするようにしている。そうして、上記第2
の基板11を昇降機構15を介して、本体基板1
6に昇降自在に支持するようにしている。この昇
降機構はたとえばパワーシリンダ17の基台を本
体基板15に取着し、そのプランジヤに前記第2
の基板11を取着するとともにボツクス18を介
して第2の基板11に回転自在に軸支したローラ
19を本体基板16に装着したガイドレール20
に沿つて昇降させるようにしている。なお、21
は天板と第1の基板4との間に設けたジヤバラ、
