めに又は安全を考慮して端部処理が行なわれてい

られる。押出成形品の装飾的外観を重視する場合
には、端部に切込みや接合の形跡のない方が好ま
しく、且つ長手軸心に対し直角方向に滑らかなR
状の表面外観を形成することを要求される場合が
しばしば見られる。また、エンドキヤツプを求め
る押出成形品の端部へ接着、溶着、嵌着する場合
に、押出成形品とエンドキヤツプとの接合間の異
和感は両者間の表面状態、色調の相異や溶着バ
リ、隙間の発生、接着剤のはみ出し等から解消し

加工形成面を有し、且つ加熱された上部治具を押
出成形品の端部に押し当てることによつて押出成
形品の端部に曲げ加工を施すことを特徴とする押
出成形品の端部の曲げ加工方法に関するものであ

本発明における押出成形品の端末部の曲げ加工
対象位置は、第1図に於ける完成した成形品1の
1′に相当する部分である。このように成形品の
幅方向の一部分にのみ曲げ加工を施こし、且つ曲
げ加工を施こした後に押出方向の端部を面一とす
るために、第2図に示した押出成形品の端部7を
第3図に示すように曲げ加工を施こす部分7′を
残して幅方向に平行に一部分を切削除去するとと
もに押出成形品の裏面から下方に突き出した凸状
部5を端から一定長さにわたつて切削除去する。
押出成形品は、プレートキツキングに適するよう
に表面に突起部2、平担部3、シボ加工面4,

Kg/cm2とすることが好ましく、また加圧時間は一

化し、プラスチツク製クリツプを成形品に固定す
る。同様に取付けられた数ケのプラスチツク製ク
リツプを車体に施した穴に挿入嵌着すると、プレ
