However, as described above, the work of injecting liquid resin with a syringe needle is extremely inefficient, not only does it require a large amount of liquid resin, but it also has the drawback that the resin solidifies when exposed to the outside, which impairs the appearance. It was hot.

The base 2 and the case 4 fit together at their openings, and a tunnel-shaped cavity 5 that is closed from the outside is provided between the joint surfaces of the base 2 and the case 4 over the entire circumference. There is. Furthermore, two small holes 6 and 7 communicating with the cavity 5 are provided on the upper surface of the case 4. The cavity 5 and the small holes 6 and 7 are filled with adhesive resin 8, and the base 2
The fitting portion between the case 4 and the case 4 is sealed (see Fig. 2).

ここで、上記リレー1の密封方法を説明する。 Here, a method of sealing the relay 1 will be explained.

First, the case 4 is fitted to the base 2, and with the base 2 and the case 4 pressed together, a resin injection nozzle (not shown) is inserted into one of the small holes 6, 7, and the liquid is injected. The adhesive resin 8 is injected. Note that one of the small holes 6 and 7 is shaped like a mortar to fit the tip of the nozzle (the third
(see figure). The adhesive resin 8 flows into the cavity and fills the entire circumference of the fitting portion between the base 2 and the case 4 while expelling the air in the cavity 5 from the other small holes 7. When the filling is completed, the injection of the resin 8 is stopped, and the resin 8 is solidified to complete the sealing operation.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the base 1
Similar to the first embodiment, a cavity 12 is provided between the joint surfaces at the fitting portion between the case 11 and the case 11, and
A stepped portion 1 is provided around the entire circumference of the fitting portion except for the hollow portion 12.
3 and 14 are provided, and the stepped portions are used to position the base 10 and the case 11 when they are fitted, and to increase the contact area between the base 10 and the case 11 so that the resin filled in the cavity 12 ( (not shown)
This prevents the liquid from overflowing inside or outside the device. Note that in this case, the small hole 15 is provided on the side surface of the case 11.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, a tunnel-shaped cavity that is closed from the outside is provided all around between the joint surfaces at the fitting part of the base and the case, and Since adhesive resin is injected into this cavity to seal the above-mentioned fitting part, there is no need to inject resin along the fitting part with a syringe needle as in the conventional case, and since the sealed part is a hollow part, , the injected resin will not leak outside. Therefore, the electrical equipment can be placed in a state where the resin injection work can be easily carried out. Therefore, the sealing operation becomes extremely efficient, and only a small amount of the resin is required since it is sufficient to fill the cavity. Furthermore, since the resin injection volume is constant, the resin injection time is almost constant, making work management easy. Furthermore, since the resin is hardly exposed to the outside of the device, there is no need to worry about damaging the appearance of the device.
