リンダ内部に回転できるように配置したヘツド基

接記録再生特性に影響するので、ヘツド基台に対
する磁気ヘツドの位置調整すなわち磁気ヘツドの
周(左右)方向及び半径(前後)方向の位置調整
が不可欠である。そこで従来は1対の磁気ヘツド
に対してそれぞれ顕微鏡を配置して磁気ヘツドの
テープ当接面を観察し、周方向は基準マーカに対
する位置ずれをまた半径方向は焦点深度の相違に
よる画像ぼけをそれぞれ修正するように位置調整
を行つていた。その作業性は非常に悪くこれを改
良するため、ヘツド基台上の1対の磁気ヘツドに
対してそれぞれ直交する二方向から合計4台の顕
微鏡及びカメラを含む撮像手段を配置しそれらの
出力を個別に表示手段のスクリーンに表示させる
ようにしてみたが、それでも一の磁気ヘツド位置
を調整するのに別個に配置した二つのスクリーン
を交互に観察しながら作業を行う必要があり未だ
その作業性に難点があつた。

るものであるがそれに先立ち1対の磁気ヘツド
2,3をそれぞれ固定した1対のヘツド取付体
4,5の左右及び前後方向の位置調整を行う必要
のあるものである。第2図に示す如く、ヘツド取
付体4の調整孔6に遊嵌しかつヘツド基台1に螺
合する固定子7によりヘツド取付体及びこれに固
定した磁気ヘツドの前後方向(矢印A方向)及び
左右方向(紙面に直交する方向)を調整可能に構
成しており、また調整子8により磁気ヘツドの上
下方向(矢印B方向)の調整を可能に構成してい
る。

る画像をスクリーンの上半分に表示しかつ第2、
第4撮像手段10,12による画像をスクリーン
の下半分に表示し、さらに発生手段14からの基
準線20,21をそれぞれ図示の如く表示するよ
うに処理されている。

移動は像22の基準線20に対する左右方向の移
動に対応し、また磁気ヘツドの前後方向の移動は
像21に対する上下方向の移動に対応する。さら
に第4図において、24は磁気ヘツドの作動ギヤ
ツプ、25,25はこの作動ギヤツプのトラツク
幅を規定するための凹溝であり、この凹溝内には
ガラス等が充填されている。ヘツド基台1上の他
方の磁気ヘツド3に対しても同様に第2表示手段
17のスクリーンを観察しながらその調整を行う
ようにすることができる。尚この第1、第2磁気
ヘツドの位置調整に当り相互に相関がないので上
記実施例の様に2台の表示手段を使用する代りに
1台の表示手段を切換え使用するようにしても良
