FIG. 1 shows a conventional example of a heat treatment furnace such as a vacuum furnace.
As shown in the figure, a heating case 4 having a heating source 2 and a heat insulating material 3 stretched over the inner wall surface of the heating case 4 is installed in the furnace body 1 in order to prevent heat dissipation from the wall of the furnace body 1. 5, and the bottom of the heating chamber 5 is thermally shielded by a movable trolley 6 for transporting the workpiece m. By the way, there are various types of heating source 2 and insulation material 3 depending on the purpose of the furnace, but when the heating source 2 is an electric heater, deterioration due to oxidation of the heater and disconnection due to current short circuit etc. occur.
In the case of alumina wool, etc., the heat insulating ability gradually decreases due to its shedding and dissipation, and in the case of heat shielding plates, due to surface oxidation, large deformation, etc. Therefore,
It is essential to carry out maintenance for these repairs several times a year. When carrying out maintenance, the heating source 2 and the heat insulating material 3 are fixedly installed in the heating chamber case 4, and since the inside of the furnace body 1 is small and there is not enough work space, it is necessary to perform shift work etc. in the narrow furnace. It is more efficient to take the entire heating chamber case 4 out of the furnace and repair it than to repair it.

Therefore, as shown in FIG.
A moving wheel 7 for moving the heating chamber case 4 is provided on the side surface of the heating chamber case 4, and a rail 8 on which the moving wheel 7 runs is supported by a support 9 projecting from the furnace body 1. The method of extraction was adopted. however,
In this method, since doors are provided at the front and rear parts of the furnace body 1 in the longitudinal direction, it is not possible to provide a continuous extension rail to the outside of the furnace on the rail 8 in the space of the door part, and the rail 8 is placed outside the furnace. If such an extension rail is provided, loading and unloading of the workpiece m onto the movable trolley 6 will be hindered. Therefore, instead of permanently installing an extension rail outside the furnace, only during maintenance, a frame is built outside the furnace, extension rails are laid, and the heating chamber case 4 is pulled out of the furnace. 4 was returned to the furnace, the extension rail and support frame outside the furnace were removed. However, constructing and removing the frame and extension rails requires a great deal of time and effort, which not only increases maintenance costs but also reduces the operating efficiency of the furnace.

In addition to the above, there is a conventional method in which the heating chamber case is divided into several blocks, and each block is taken out of the furnace one by one using a chain block or the like. Reassembly or lifting work is difficult and requires a lot of labor and time, and the safety of the work is also low.

In addition, both ends of the base 10a of the movable cart 10 are formed to protrude below the lower end of the heating chamber case 4 so that the heating chamber case 4 can be received and supported. Further, the furnace body 1 is provided with an in-furnace deck 15 for walking along the longitudinal direction of the furnace body 1 in order to allow the worker 14 to easily approach the turnbuckle 13. In addition, 16 is a running wheel of the moving trolley 10, and 17 is a furnace rail. Further, in this embodiment, a heat insulating structure is composed of the heating chamber case 4, the heat insulating material 3, the heat source 2, and the like.

Normally, the heating chamber case 4 is suspended from the furnace body 1 by a turnbuckle 13 as shown in the figure, and the lower end of the heating chamber case 4 and the movable cart 10
is held with a predetermined gap between it and the upper surface of the pedestal 10a. Therefore, the movable cart 10 can be loaded with the workpiece m and freely move in and out of the furnace.

On the other hand, when repairing the heating source 2, heat insulating material 3, etc., the heating chamber case 4 is pulled out of the furnace in the following manner. First, the movable cart 10 is carried into the furnace body 1 without loading the workpiece m. Next, the worker 14 lifts the turnbuckle 1 from above the furnace deck 15.
Turn the nut No. 3 to extend the turnbuckle 13 to lower the heating chamber case 4, and lower the heating chamber case 4 onto the pedestal 10a of the movable cart 10. Then,
When the entire weight of the heating chamber case 4 including the heating source 2, the heat insulating material 3, etc. is placed on the movable cart 10, and it is no longer necessary to support the heating chamber case 4 with the turnbuckle 13, the turnbuckle 13
Remove the pins etc. that connected the turnbuckles 11 and 12 to the brackets 11 and 12, and remove the turnbuckle 13. By pulling the movable cart 10 out of the furnace in this state, the heating chamber case 4 is carried out of the furnace, and the heating source 2, heat insulating material 3, etc. of the heating chamber case 4 undergo various maintenance.

As described above, in the present invention, the heating chamber case 4 is provided so that it can be moved up and down from the furnace body 1 and detached from the furnace body 1 using a support device such as the turnbuckle 13, so that the heating chamber case 4 can be moved when repairing the heat insulating material 3, etc. A movable trolley 1 that is placed on a trolley 10 and is normally used for transporting the object m to be processed.
0 can be used to transport it out of the furnace together with the moving cart 10. For this reason, there is no need to provide an extension rail or a frame for the heating chamber case outside the furnace, unlike in the past, there is no need for a drive mechanism to move the heating chamber case, and there is no need for any special equipment or equipment. Therefore, repair and maintenance costs can be significantly reduced, and maintenance is also facilitated, reducing work time and labor. In addition, the work inside the furnace is simple, just lifting and hanging the heating chamber case 4, and repair work can be done outside the furnace, which reduces repair time and saves labor. Improves work safety.

Although the procedure for transporting the heating chamber case 4 out of the furnace has been described above, the transporting the heating chamber case 4 into the furnace can be carried out in the opposite manner to the above-mentioned transport procedure. Further, in the above embodiment, the turnbuckle 13 is used as a support device for suspending and supporting the heating chamber case 4 so as to be able to rise and fall freely, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other mechanisms such as an eccentric cam, a lever, etc. may be used. The support device may also be configured by

In summary, according to the present invention, when performing furnace maintenance, the heat insulating structure that partitions the heating chamber is lowered by a support device, placed on a movable trolley, and carried out of the furnace together with the movable trolley to perform repair work. Since the system is configured so that large-scale special facilities and equipment are not required for maintenance, maintenance costs can be significantly reduced, maintenance can be made easier, and work time can be shortened and labor can be saved. It has excellent effects such as improving the operating efficiency of the furnace.
