図中、１はハウジング、２はフッシュ、３はパルブシ一
ト、４ａは入口側通路、４ｂは出口側通路、５は二一ド
ルハルブ、６はスプリングホルダ、７はスプリング、、
８はタイアフラム、９はケース、１０はニップル、１１
はベンチュリーニッ−プル、１３はベンチュリー穴、１
４はベンチュリー、１５は空間である。
