舵を示すもので、第１図はその各断面形状を二点鎖線で

３図は船舶における舵の一股的な配置状態を説明するた
めの船尾側面図であって、第４，５図は従来のリアクシ
ョン舵を示すもので、第４図はその各断面形状を二点鎖
線で示−す側面図、第５図は第４図の■矢視正面図であ
り、第６図は舵に作用する力を説明するための舵の水平
断面図、第７区は舵の位置におけるスクリュープロペラ
後流の速度分布図、第８図はプロペラシャフトより上方
および下方において舵に流入する流れの速度成分を比較
して示すベクトル線図である。 ２・・・スクリュープロペラ、４・・・プロペラシャフ
ト高さ、７・・・船体中心線、２３・・・リアクション

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 船舶のスクリュープロペラの後方に配置されるリアクシ
    ョン舵において、同舵の前縁が上記スクリュープロペラ
    の回転方向と反対方向を指向するように、プロペラシャ
    フト中心高さ位置の上下に互いに反対方向の捩りをそな
    え、その捩り量が、プロペラシャフト中心高さ位置より
    も上方の前縁部分で、その下方の前縁部分よりも大きく
    設定されていることを特徴とする、リアクション舵。
