Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the penetration into an Al pipe by inserting a bar into the Al pipe of the connecting part after inserting Al pipe into the connecting port of an Al made accumulator, and pulling out the bar pipe after welding the connecting part and Al pipe. CONSTITUTION:An Al pipe 5 is inserted from one part of the connecting part 1a of Al made accumulater 1 and from the other part of the connecting part 1b the rod 6 (stainless steel rod) of heat resistant and undepositing quality to Al having the outer diameter less than the inner diameter of the Al pipe 5 is inserted into the Al pipe 5. In this state, the welding is performed on the periphery of the end face of the connecting part 1a of the accumulater 1 and the bar 6 is pulled out after welding the connecting part 1a and Al pipe 5. The penetration into the Al pipe 5 is thus eliminated at the welding time and the pressure loss of a refrigerant is reduced because of the regrigerant path being not barred.

Insert the aluminum pipe 3 from the connection part 1a of the aluminum accumulator 1, insert half the sleeve 4 into the aluminum pipe a, cover the remaining 9 halves with a separate aluminum pipe 2, and connect the accumulator 1. Welding 7 was performed on the circumference of the end palm of part 1a, and the accumulator 1, aluminum pipe 3, and aluminum pipe 2 were welded together. And aluminum pipe 3
By using this, the sound of bubbles can be prevented when liquid accumulates in the main body of the accumulator 1.

However, in such a connection, when the aluminum pipe 3 is inserted from the connection part 1a of the accumulator 1 and set to the welding jig, the aluminum pipe 3 comes off and enters the inside of the accumulator 1. I often got caught up in it. In order to prevent this, a jig for fixing the aluminum pipe 3 was required, which required a lot of man-hours. Moreover, since the sleeve 4 is inserted to prevent the aluminum pipe 3 from melting into the interior during welding, the pressure loss of the refrigerant passing through the pipe increases. When the pipes 2 and 3 are integrated and welded directly to the accumulator 1, there is a disadvantage that the integrated pipe melts into the interior during welding, increasing the pressure loss of the refrigerant due to the small inner diameter of the pipe. .

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an aluminum vibro is inserted from one connection part 1a of the accumulator 1, and a stainless steel rod 6 is inserted from the other connection part 1b of the accumulator 1.
Welding 7 is performed on the circumference of the end face of the connecting portion 1a of the accumulator 1 while the accumulator 1 is inserted. After welding the aluminum vibro and the accumulator 1, the rod 6 is removed.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention inserts an aluminum pipe into the connection part of an aluminum accumulator, and then inserts a heat-resistant and aluminum-free material into the aluminum pipe, which has an outer diameter close to the inner diameter of the aluminum pipe. A welding rod is inserted across the connection part, the connection part and the aluminum pipe are welded in this state, and the rod is then removed, so that the welding into the pipe during welding is prevented by the action of the rod. Furthermore, since the refrigerant passage is not obstructed, the pressure loss of the refrigerant is reduced.
