発明が解忰しようとする問題率
しかし、この様な接続ではアルミニウムパイプ3をアキ
ュームレータ1の接続部1aから挿入し、溶接治具ヘセ

定する治具が必要となシ、多くの工数を必要とした。し
かも、溶接時にアルミパイプ3が内部に溶は込むのを防
止するスリーブ4が挿入されている為、管内を通る冷媒
の圧力損失が大きくなるという欠点があった0又、他の
接続方法でアルミニウムパイプ2と3を一体化してアキ
ュームレータ1と直接溶接を行なう場合には、一体化し
たパイプが溶接時に内部へ溶は込み、パイプ内径が小さ
くなシ冷媒の圧力損失が大きくなるという欠点があった

以上の様に本発明は、アルミニウム製アキュームレータ

近い外径を有し、耐熱性でかつアルミニウムを不溶着な
棒を前記接続部にわたって挿入し、この状態で前記接続
部とアルミニウムパイプを溶接し、その後前記棒を抜き
去るので、棒の働きによシ溶接時のパイプ内への溶込み
をなくす。又、冷媒通路が阻げられないので、冷媒の圧
