DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of insulating a building, particularly a building, in which the inside of the walls, ceiling, and floor of a general house is filled with a heat insulating material to insulate the inside.

BACKGROUND ART In recent years, buildings have been insulated by filling the walls, ceilings, and floors of buildings with insulation materials.

Conventional insulation construction of this type has been carried out by using glass wool, polystyrene foam board, or hard urethane in the recess formed by the pillars or studs 5, 5' and the board edge 6, as shown in the example of wall construction in Figure 4, for example. It is constructed by filling the heat insulating material 9, which is pre-formed to a certain size, such as a foam board, and fixing it to the board edge 6 with nails 8, etc., or by clamping it with the inner wall board 11. However, in the conventional construction method of this type, the size of the insulation material 9 is a standard product and is constant, but the spacing between the studs 5, 5' where it is to be filled and installed is not standardized; The spacing between the studs 5, 5' is often different due to construction work that is not accurate. Therefore, in the past, as shown in FIG. 4, the width of the heat insulating material 9 and the spacing between the studs 5, 5' almost never match, resulting in a gap 10, which not only reduces the heat insulating effect but also prevents condensation. Even something like that would have happened. In conventional insulation construction, in order to prevent this, the gap can be eliminated by filling the gap 10 with insulation material cut to size from another standard insulation material. However, it took a lot of time and effort to cut the standard insulation material, and the insulation material was lost.

In other words, the building insulation construction method according to the present invention provides insulation between the supporting frames of a building such as pillars, joists, and roof edges.
When it is made into a flat shape, it is wider than the distance between the frames, and both ends in the width direction are gradually thinner than the thickness of the heat insulating plate, and are integrally connected on the back side by forming a slit in the center in the width direction. A heat insulating board made of a hard heat insulating material is inserted by bending the slit part, and then the bulging part of the heat insulating board is pressed until the board becomes almost flat so that it is tightly packed between the building support frames. This is a characteristic feature.

以下図面に従つて説明をする。 The explanation will be given below according to the drawings.

The heat insulating board shown in FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the structure that can be used in the construction of the present invention, in which a surface material 1 and a back material 3 are attached to the front and back surfaces of a hard heat insulating material 2. It is a heat insulating board,
Both end portions 7 in the width direction are formed to be gradually thinner in an inclined manner in the same direction, and a slit 4 having a depth that does not reach the back material 3 is formed approximately at the center in the width direction.

The surface material 1 and the back material 3 can be made of kraft paper, synthetic resin film such as polyethylene film or vinyl film, metal foil such as aluminum foil or iron foil, nonwoven fabric, etc. It serves the functions of reinforcing the heat insulating material 2, protecting its surface, and waterproofing it. However, in cases where waterproofness is not so required, there is no need to use a surface material and a back material.

Both ends 7 in the width direction of the heat insulating plate to which the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 3 are attached are tapered.
As shown in FIG. 1, this inclined taper has a one-sided taper shape in which both end portions are inclined from the back side to the front side, but it is not necessarily limited to this example.

The shape of the end portion in the width direction of the heat insulating board used in the present invention is configured to be gradually thinner than the thickness of the heat insulating board, but it does not necessarily have to be an inclined taper with a constant inclination angle as shown in FIG. The shape is not limited to this, and it is sufficient that the shape is relatively easily compressed and tightly packed, and that the shape is thinner than the thickness of the heat insulating plate at the leading edge of the terminal portion. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a triangular shape a, a V-groove shape b, or a step-like shape c can have substantially the same effect as an inclined taper. The inclined shape of the heat insulating plate may also be tapered in opposite directions on both sides. A slit 4 which does not reach the back material 3 is formed by cutting through the surface material 1 and the heat insulating material 2 at approximately the center in the width direction of the heat insulating board. The slit 4 is formed in a straight line in the longitudinal direction almost at the center of the heat insulating plate, but it is also a narrow groove of a constant width or a V-shaped groove.
It is formed into a letter-shaped groove. The width of the insulation board is made slightly wider than the spacing between the studs to be filled.

In the example shown in Fig. 1, only one slit 4 is provided in the center, but the number of slits 4 may be two or more. It is also possible to form a slit by cutting the sheet into two or more pieces in the same direction and attaching a reinforcing material to one side of each joining surface to connect them together.

An example of the method of applying the present invention to a wall is as follows:
As shown in Figure 2a, the studs 5, 5' and the board edge 6
Into the recess formed by this, a heat insulating board that is slightly wider than the spacing between the studs 5 and 5' is folded back from the slit 4 portion and inserted between the studs 5 and 5', and then inserted between the studs 5 and 5' as shown in Fig. 2b. When the center part of the surface near the slit 4 which bulges out at the top is pressed downward, both ends 7 of the insulation plate are pressed against the studs and compressed.
The heat insulating board is tightly packed between the studs 5 and 5'.
However, in this case, due to the repulsive force of the heat insulating board, if left as is, the slit 4 would lift up, so it is fixed to the board edge 6 with a fixing tool such as a nail 8. If the slit 4 is a V-shaped groove, insert the heat insulating board between the studs and press it downward as shown in Figure 3, and it will be fixed in the shape of the bottom of the ship and will not return to the top due to the repulsive force of the heat insulating board. Therefore, since it is fixed as is, there is no need for fixing devices such as nails.

As described above, in the present invention, it is possible to use a heat insulating board that is wider than the spacing between building support frames such as pillars, joists, and roof edges, and since a cut is provided in the heat insulating board, this cut can be used as a fulcrum. It can be bent and therefore inserted in the folded state between building support frames having a width narrower than the width of the insulation board. After inserting, press down on the bulging part of the insulation board, and the insulation board will become flat.Since both ends of the insulation board are sloped and thin, they will be compressed into the building support frame. The ends of both sides are crushed, allowing the material to be filled tightly between the building support frames.

As described above, according to the present invention, the insulation board can be easily installed by inserting it between building support frames such as pillars, joists, and roof edges, and pressing it against wall boards, roof edges, ceiling materials, etc. Since the insulation material can be filled without any gaps, the insulation performance is effectively utilized and no condensation occurs. Further, the heat insulating board used will not be wasted, such as half-cut materials.

The present invention can be applied not only to the inside of walls as explained in the previous embodiment, but also to the floor between the joists, and also to the ceiling to the ceiling. This is an extremely useful and convenient insulation construction method.
